हल्द्वानी : एक ओर ओमीक्रान संक्रमण तेजी से बढ़ने लगा है। इसे देखते हुए अब बच्‍चों को भी वैक्‍सीन लगाने की कवायद शुरू हो चुकी है। कल यानी तीन जनवरी से वैक्‍सीन लगाए जाएंगे। वहीं, पोर्टल पर दिक्कत की वजह से कोरोनारोधी वैक्सीन को लेकर पंजीकरण शुरू नहीं हो सका है। जबकि तीन जनवरी से 15 से 18 वर्ष के किशोरों को वैक्सीन लगाई जानी है।

जिले में 15 से 18 वर्ष के लगभग 60 हजार किशोर हैं। स्वास्थ्य विभाग टीकाकरण की तैयारियों में जुटा है। इसके लिए टीमें तैयार की जा रही हैं। शनिवार से टीकाकरण के लिए कोविन पोर्टल पर पंजीकरण किया जाना था, लेकिन जिले में पंजीकरण नहीं हो सका। बताया गया कि पोर्टल पर दिक्कत आई थी। इसे लेकर जिला प्रतिरक्षण अधिकारी डा. अजय शर्मा ने बताया कि पंजीकरण रविवार 12 बजे से हो सकता है। इसके लिए तैयारी चल रही है। विद्यार्थियों को सीधे पंजीकरण करना है या नहीं। इसके लेकर भी स्पष्ट हो जाएगा।
