देहरादून। जिले में निर्वाचन डयूटी में रोडवेज बसों का भी उपयोग किया जाएगा। इसके लिए रोडवेज को पत्र भेजकर 50 बसें मांगी गई हैं। दरअसल, जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने परिवहन विभाग से 186 बड़ी बसें मांगी हैं, लेकिन जिले में इतनी 52-54 सीटर निजी बसें उपलब्ध नहीं। रूटों की व स्कूल बसों को मिलाकर भी यह आंकड़ा सवा सौ पार नहीं हो रहा। लिहाजा, अर्धसैनिक बलों के लिए रोडवेज बसों का अधिग्रहण शुरू कर दिया गया है।

इन दिनों संभागीय परिवहन कार्यालय में वाहनों के अधिग्रहण को लेकर वाहनों की फाइलें टटोली जा रही हैं। बताया गया कि जिला निर्वाचन की ओर से 186 बड़ी बसों के अलावा 88 बसें 42 सीटर, 91 बसें 36 सीटर, 65 बसें 30 सीट वाली मांगी गई हैं। इसके अलावा 323 जीप, मैक्सी और कैब समेत 336 अन्य वाहन भी उपलब्ध कराए जाने हैं। पुलिस व अर्धसैनिक बलों के लिए 169 वाहनों के अलावा 80 जीप, 40 ट्रक और 110 छोटी-बड़ी बसें भी मांगी गई हैं। आरटीओ प्रवर्तन सुनील शर्मा ने बताया कि अधिग्रहण का कार्य तेजी से चल रहा है। स्कूल बसें भी ली जा रही हैं लेकिन बड़ी बसों को लेकर परेशानी आ रही। लिहाजा, रोडवेज से भी बसें ली जा रही हैं। रोडवेज से बसें जल्द आनी शुरू हो जाएंगी।

जिले में चाहिए 1300 वाहन

विधानसभा चुनाव के लिए प्रशासन को दून में करीब 1300 वाहनों का अधिग्रहण करना है। आरटीओ प्रवर्तन सुनील शर्मा के निर्देशन में इन दिनों वाहनों का अधिग्रहण किया जा रहा। अब तक करीब 410 वाहन अधिग्रहित किए जा चुके हैं। परिवहन टीम की मानें तो वाहन मालिकों ने अपने वाहन इधर-उधर खड़े कर दिए हैं, लेकिन वाहन मालिकों को वाहन जमा कराने को नोटिस भेजे जा रहे। कोरोना संक्रमण के मद्देनजर वाहनों में मास्क, सैनिटाइजर व पीपीई किट की व्यवस्था की जिम्मेदारी सीएमओ को दी गई है।

सेक्टर व जोनल मजिस्ट्रेट के लिए 93 सरकारी वाहन अधिग्रहित किए गए हैं जबकि उडऩ दस्ते के लिए निजी वाहन का अधिग्रहण चल रहा। निर्वाचन, पुलिस एवं होमगार्ड के लिए चुनाव से तीन दिन पहले वाहन अधिग्रहण जाएंगे। निर्वाचन कार्य के लिए 611 वाहनों की जरूरत होगी, लेकिन बाकी वाहन रिजर्व में रहेंगे। वाहन रायपुर में महाराणा प्रताप स्पोर्ट्स कालेज में खड़े किए जाएंगे। पुलिस और होमगार्ड के लिए 550 से 600 वाहन, आब्जर्वर के लिए 70 इनोवा व टैक्सी ली जाएंगी।

चालक-हेल्परों के मतदान पर संशय

चुनाव डयूटी में लगे वाहनों के चालकों व हेल्परों के मतदान पर संशय कायम है। पिछली बार ट्रांसपोर्टरों के विरोध के बाद प्रशासन ने प्रपत्र-12 के तहत मतदान की व्यवस्था की थी लेकिन बूथों पर पीठासीन अधिकारियों ने चालकों को मतदान कराने से इन्कार कर दिया। जिसे लेकर शिकायत भी हुई थी। इस बार भी ट्रांसपोर्टर सवाल उठा रहे हैं। सिटी बस एसो. के अध्यक्ष विजय वर्धन डंडरियाल ने कहा कि प्रदेश में एक-दो मतों से जीत-हार तय होती है। ऐसे में चालकों और हेल्परों के मत अहम साबित हो सकते हैं। उन्होंने प्रशासन से पोस्टल मतदान की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने की मांग की है।
