उत्तराखंड में कांग्रेस के टिकट एक-दो दिन में घोषित किए जा सकते हैं। दिल्ली में केंद्रीय चुनाव समिति (सीईसी) की बैठक गुरुवार शाम होगी। इसके बाद प्रत्याशियों की पहली सूची घोषित हो सकती है। बताया जा रहा है कि सीईसी की बैठक में पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हरीश रावत की सीट पर भी निर्णय हो सकता है। अभी तक डीडीहाट, रामनगर से हरीश रावत के चुनाव लड़ने की चर्चा गरमाती रही है।

प्रदेश में कांग्रेस के 70 टिकटों पर सीईसी को निर्णय लेना है। इनमें से तकरीबन 45 सीटों पर आम सहमति बन चुकी है। शेष सीटों पर पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हरीश रावत, प्रदेश अध्यक्ष गणेश गोदियाल और नेता प्रतिपक्ष प्रीतम सिंह टिकट के दावेदारों के संबंध में लिखित ब्योरा स्क्रीनिंग कमेटी को सौंप चुके हैं। स्क्रीनिंग कमेटी प्रत्याशियों के पैनल को सीईसी को सौंप चुकी है। सूत्रों के अनुसार टिकट जारी करने से पहले पार्टी पूर्व मंत्री हरक सिंह की वापसी पर फैसला ले सकती है।

गुरुवार को हरक सिंह रावत की पार्टी में वापसी हुई तो प्रत्याशियों की सूची शुक्रवार तक घोषित की जा सकती है। संपर्क करने पर प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष गणेश गोदियाल ने कहा कि प्रत्याशियों की सूची गुरुवार को घोषित की जा सकती है। टिकटों के बारे में अब सीईसी को निर्णय लेना है। सीईसी की बैठक गुरुवार को होगी। उधर, पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री व प्रदेश कांग्रेस चुनाव अभियान समिति अध्यक्ष हरीश रावत ने कहा कि यह चुनाव महत्वपूर्ण है। उनकी लड़ाई सभी 70 सीटों पर है।

प्रदेश में आचार संहिता लगने के बाद इसके उल्लंघन के खिलाफ कार्रवाई लगातार चल रही है। इस कड़ी में प्रदेश में अभी तक 68.23 लाख की नकदी और 18.45 लाख की चांदी पकड़ी जा चुकी है। प्रदेश में आचार संहिता लगने के बाद आदर्श आचार संहिता के उल्लंघन को लेकर लगातार कार्रवाई चल रही है। इस कड़ी में अभी तक 143 अवैध शस्त्र जब्त हो चुके हैं। वहीं, 17189 लाइसेंसी शस्त्र जमा हो चुके हैं। इसके शांति भंग के 3124 मामलों में 21846 व्यक्तियों के चालान किए जा चुके हैं। 819 व्यक्तियों को गैर जमानती वारंट तामील किए गए हैं। वहीं, अभी तक 1.06 करोड़ की शराब बरामद की जा चुकी है। वहीं, 1.47 करोड़ की चरस, स्मैक, गांजा व हेरोइन भी बरामद की गई है।
