देहरादून। निर्वाचन आयोग ने इंटरनेट मीडिया पर बगैर अनुमति के चल रहे चुनाव प्रचार को लेकर भाजपा, कांग्रेस, आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) व उत्तराखंड क्रांति दल को नोटिस जारी किए हैं। चारों दलों से पूछा गया है कि क्या इस प्रचार सामग्री को मीडिया कंटेट मानीटरिंग कमेटी (एमसीएमसी) से प्रमाणित कराया गया है। साथ ही कहा गया है कि यदि ऐसा नहीं किया गया है तो इसे तुरंत रोकने के साथ प्रमाणित कराना सुनिश्चित करें।

इंटरनेट मीडिया के विभिन्न प्लेटफार्म पर भाजपा, कांग्रेस, आप व उक्रांद के आधिकारिक पेज पर इन दिनों चुनाव प्रचार किया जा रहा है। निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देश हैं कि किसी भी प्रकार की प्रचार सामग्री को पहले प्रत्येक जिले की एमसीएमसी से प्रमाणित कराया जाए। इसके बाद ही सामग्री के इंटरनेट मीडिया पर प्रचार की अनुमति होगी।

इस बीच ये बात सामने आई कि राजनीतिक दलों ने प्रचार सामग्री को प्रमाणित नहीं कराया है। इस पर एमसीएमसी के राज्य स्तरीय नोडल अधिकारी नितिन उपाध्याय ने चारों दलों को नोटिस जारी किए हैं। नोटिस में दलों से कहा गया है कि यदि इंटरनेट मीडिया पर चल रही प्रचार सामग्री को प्रमाणित कराया गया है तो इसकी सूचना आयोग को उपलब्ध कराई जाए। यदि ऐसा नहीं किया गया है तो प्रचार सामग्री को रोककर पहले इसे एमसीएमसी से प्रमाणित कराया जाए। साथ ही इसकी सूचना तत्काल आयोग को भेजी जाए।
