देहरादून। भाजपा ने अपने दृष्टि पत्र में दोबारा सत्ता में आने पर 50 हजार युवाओं को नौकरी देने का वादा किया है। इसके साथ ही जो युवा बेरोजगार हैं, उन्हें एक साल तक तीन हजार रुपये प्रतिमाह देने की घोषणा भी की है।

भाजपा के दृष्टि पत्र के मुताबिक, बेरोजगारी की समस्या को हल करने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री प्रशिक्षु योजना शुरू की जाएगी, जिसके तहत एक साल तक बेरोजगार युवाओं को तीन हजार रुपये प्रतिमाह दिया जाएगा जो कि केंद्र से मिलने वाली राशि से अलग होगी। प्रदेश के युवाओं को भाजपा ने 50 हजार सरकारी नौकरी देने का वादा किया है साथ ही 24 हजार नौकरी सत्ता में लौटते ही तुरंत उपलब्ध कराने का भी वादा किया।

भाजपा ने सभी जिला मुख्यालयों में व्यापार प्रसंस्करण आउटसोर्सिंग(बीपीओ) परिसर बनाने का ऐलान किया है साथ ही प्रदेश में ग्राम सेवा समिति की स्थापना कर 50 घरों के लिए उचित मानदेय पर एक स्थानीय ग्राम प्रबंधक नियुक्त करने का वादा किया।

इससे प्रदेश में 31 हजार 275 युवाओं को रोजगार दिया जाएगा। उत्तराखंड के विख्यात व्यक्ति को कौशल प्रमुख नियुक्त करते हुए भाजपा ने तेज गति से युवा रोजगार, समग्र आर्थिक विकास को बढ़ावा देने, कौशल बुनियादी ढांचे को सुधारने का काम करेगा।
साथ ही आईटीआई व पॉलिटेक्निक संस्थानों की पाठ्य सामग्री को उद्योगों की जरूरत के हिसाब से संशोधित किया जाएगा। भाजपा ने उद्योगों की सहायता से मैनपावर की मांग और आपूर्ति के बीच अंतर कम करने के लिए पोर्टल बनाने का ऐलान भी किया है, जिसके माध्यम से कुशल युवाओं को आसानी से उद्योगों में रोजगार मिलेगा।

राज्य युवा आयोग बनाने का भी ऐलान

भाजपा ने दृष्टि पत्र में दोबारा सत्ता में वापसी पर युवाओं के सर्वांगीण विकास के लिए राज्य युवा आयोग के गठन का ऐलान किया है। इसके साथ ही प्रदेशभर में समर्पित सैनिक प्रशिक्षण स्टेडियम स्थापित करने, विभिन्न आयोगों व संस्थाओं के माध्यम से होने वाली भर्तियों के आवेदन निशुल्क करने की बात कही गई है।
गांवों की चुनौतियों से निपटने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री फैलोशिप कार्यक्रम के तहत पेशेवर युवाओं को जोड़ने, सिवि सेवा अन्य अन्य प्रतियागी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी करने वाले युवाओं को प्रशिक्षण और सलाह देने के लिए आईएएस, आईपीएस, आईएफएस अधिकारियों और विषय विशेषज्ञों के साथ पोर्टल शुरू करने, रोजगार कार्यालयों को मॉडल कॅरियर केंद्रों के रूप में उच्चीकृत करने, हर मंडल, जिला व राज्य स्तर पर एक वार्षिक युवा महोत्सव आयोजित करने की भी घोषणा की।

भाजपा बनाएगी देवभूमि को सशक्त खेल भूमि
भाजपा ने अपने दृष्टि पत्र में देवभूमि को सशक्त खेल भूमि बनाने का ऐलान किया है। इसके लिए हर ब्लॉक में प्रशिक्षण अकादमी युक्त स्टेडियम बनाया जाएगा। साथ ही 2038 शीतकालीन ओलंपिक के औली में आयोजन का प्रस्ताव भेेजा जाएगा।

पारंपरिक खेलों जैसे कबड्डी, गुल्ली-डंडा, बाघ बकरी, थाप मुर्गा झपड़, बत्ती, पिठू और फुटसाल आदि को पुनर्जीवित करने के लिए 100 करोड़ रुपये का कोष बनाया जाएगा। ब्लॉक स्तर पर बहुद्देशीय इनडोर स्टेडियम भी बनाए जाएंगे।
खेलों के बुनियादी ढांचे को मजबूत बनाने के लिए भाजपा ने उत्तराखंड इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर कारपोरेशन की स्थापना का ऐलान किया है।  प्रदेश में हॉस्टल युक्त दो विश्वस्तरीय ओलंपिक खेल अकादमियों के निर्माण की भी घोषणा की। जितने भी एथलीट राष्ट्रीय खेलों में जाएंगे, उन्हें परिवहन निगम की बसों में निशुल्क यात्रा की सुविधामिलेगी।
सभी जिलों में खेलो इंडिया केंद्रों की स्थापना के साथ ही देहरादून में खेला इंडिया राज्य उत्कृष्टता केंद्र की स्थापना भी घोषणा की। सभी निजी आवासीय विद्यालयों को जिला स्तरीय खेल विद्यालय के रूप में मान्यता देने का भी ऐलान किया। यहां एथलीटों को निशुल्क शिक्षा, प्रशिक्षण, उपकरण और आवासीय सुविधाएं प्रदान की जाएंगी।
