पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री एवं प्रदेश कांग्रेस चुनाव अभियान समिति अध्यक्ष हरीश रावत ने भाजपा के घोषणापत्र को दृष्टिबाधित रोग से ग्रसित बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा ने कांग्रेस के घोषणापत्र की नकल कर अपना दृष्टिपत्र तैयार किया है। इसमें नया कुछ भी नहीं है। भाजपा अपने पिछले घोषणापत्र पर 10 प्रतिशत अमल नहीं कर पाई है। ऐसे में राज्य की जनता भाजपा के घोषणापत्र को नकारेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि कांग्रेस का घोषणापत्र धर्म है। पार्टी इसे लागू करेगी। वहीं भाजपा ने अपना घोषणापत्र कूड़े के ढेर में डालने के लिए बनाया है।
