हल्द्वानी : शहर की एक कालोनी में 15 मिनट बारिश की बूंदाबांदी में ही सात घंटे बिजली गुल हो गई। ऊर्जा निगम की व्यवस्था पर लोग सवाल उठा रहे हैं। चर्चा कर रहे हैं कि यदि एक घंटे बारिश होती तो कितनी देर बिजली गुल रहती। जिस मोहल्ले में बिजली गायब थी वहां सुबह नौ बजे सुचारू हो गई। मौसम विभाग ने पूर्व में ही अगले तीन दिनों तक कुमाऊं में मौसम खराब होने की जानकारी दी थी। शुक्रवार देर रात से ही तेज हवा के साथ बारिश शुरू हो गई थी। पर हल्की सी बारिश से ही इतनी लंबी विद्युत कटौती विभाग का पोल खोलने के लिए काफी है। आगे बरसात के मौसम का हाल का सहज अंदाजा लगाया जा सकता है।

हल्द्वानी में शनिवार को रात से बारिश की हल्की बूंदाबांदी शुरू हुई। रामपुर रोड मानपुर पश्चिम में गुरुनानक कालोनी में रात दो बजे बिजली गुल हो गई। बिजली आपूर्ति सुबह नौ बजे सुचारू हो सकी। सुबह बिजली नहीं होने से नौकरीपेशा लोगों व खासकर महिलाओं को परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ा। पानी की मोटरें नहीं चली। जबकि मोहल्ले में पानी आने का समय सुबह आठ बजे होता है। मोहल्लेवासियों का कहना है कि हल्की बारिश होने पर हर बार बिजली गुल हो जाती है। शनिवार को बिजली पहली बार नहीं गई। ऊर्जा निगम के अधिकारियों को काल किया जाता है तो वह रिसीव नहीं होता।

फाल्ट होने से गायब हुई बिजली

विद्युत वितरण खंड ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के अधिशासी अभियंता दीनदयाल पांगती ने बताया कि ट्रांसपोर्ट नगर बिजली घर से फाल्ट होने पर बिजली गुल हुई। उन्होंने बताया कि फाल्ट ढूंढने में देरी के कारण बिजली आपूर्र्ति विलंब से सुचारू हो सकी। बताया कि कुछ दिन बाद सभी बिजली लाइनों की मरम्मत का काम किया जाएगा। बिजली आपूर्ति 24 घंटे चालू रखने के प्रयास हरसंभव किए जा रहे हैं। बताया कि बिजली की कटौती संबंधित शिकायत उपभोक्ता सीधे उनसे कर सकते हैं।
