लालकुआं: कोयला और खनन केंद्रीय मंत्री प्रह्लाद जोशी के यूक्रेन में फंसे छात्रों पर दिए बयान के बाद से राजनीति गर्म हो गई है। उत्तराखंड के पूर्व मुंख्यमंत्री और कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता हरीश रावत ने प्रह्लाद जोशी के बयान पर तल्ख टिप्पणी की है। हरीश रावत ने कहा कि इस समय यूक्रेन में फंसे बच्चों को सुरक्षित निकालने की बजाय बेहयाई पूर्ण बयान देकर कष्ट पहुंचा रहे हैं। बता दें कि केन्द्रीय मंत्री प्रह्लाद जोशी ने कहा था कि विदेश में पढ़ने वाले 90 फीसदी मेडिकल स्टूडेंट नीट एग्जाम पास नहीं कर पाते हैं।

हरदा ने अपने ट्विटर और फेसबुक पेज पर पोस्ट करते हुए कहा कि एक बहुत ही कष्ट पहुंचाने वाला बयान आया है। इस समय प्रश्न यह नहीं है कि वो नीट की परीक्षा पास कर सकते हैं या नहीं कर सकते हैं। प्रश्न यह है कि उनकी जीवन को बचाने के लिए केंद्र सरकार क्या कदम उठा रही है? पहले ही आपने बहुत विलंब कर दिया और जब साक्षात उनके सर पर मौत खड़ी है तो आप इस तरीके का बेहयाई पूर्ण बयान देकर भारत के प्रबुद्धजन मानस को कष्ट पहुंचा रहे हैं। हरदा ने प्रहलाद जोशी से अपने इस बयान के लिए क्षमा मांगने की मांग की है। कहा कि वो संसदीय कार्य मंत्री होने के नाते केंद्र सरकार के प्रवक्ता भी हैं, उन्हें यह नहीं भूलना चाहिए कि जिन बच्चों की निकासी की व्यवस्था एक माह पहले से प्रारंभ हो जानी चाहिए थी, उनकी आज जिंदगी खतरे में है, बावजूद इसके उनको कम संख्या में बाहर निकाला जा रहा है। एक कर्नाटक के विद्यार्थी की जान भी चली गई है।

हरीश रावत ने कहा कि लोग यूक्रेन या बाहर अध्ययन करने इसलिए नहीं जाते हैं कि वो परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण नहीं कर सकते हैं, बल्कि इसलिये भी जाते हैं क्योंकि वहां 25-30 लाख रुपये में मेडिकल शिक्षा मिल जाती है। भारत सरकार ने भी उसको मान्यता दे रखी है। भारत में उसी मेडिकल स्टडी के लिए बच्चों डेढ़ करोड़ से भी ज्यादा रुपया खर्च करके मिल पाती है। एक निम्न मध्यम वर्ग परिवार के लिए डेढ़ करोड़ रुपए की व्यवस्था करना एवरेस्ट चढ़ने जैसा कठिन कार्य है। आप लोगों की बेबसी का मजाक मत उड़ाइए, उस माँ का मजाक मत उड़ाइए जो अपने बच्चे की सुरक्षा के लिए हर पल आंखों में आंसू भरे हुए है और वो माँ या टेलीविजन को निहार रही है या अखबार खोज रही है कि कब मेरा बेटा, मेरी बेटी यूक्रेन से सकुशल वापस भारत आ जाएंगे।
