मुनस्यारी : प्रदेश में पांचवी बार विधानसभा चुनाव हो चुके हैं। चार सरकार बन चुकी हैं। सीमा छोर के गांवों की तस्वीर और तकदीर जस की तस है। विकास के नाम पर सियासत करने वाले राजनीतिक दल और उनके नुमाइंदे लाख दावे करते हों परंतु सीमांत के गांवों में अभी भी गंभीर रोगियों के लिए डोली ही एंबुलेंस बनी है। तहसील के दूरस्थ गांव क्वीरीजीमिया में बीमार युवक को गांव के युवाओं ने अपनी जान पर खेल कर डोली से आठ किमी दूर सड़क तक पहुंचाया। जहां से पंद्रह किमी वाहन से चल कर रोगी को प्राथमिक उपचार मिल सका है।

मुनस्यारी का जैविक आलू और राजमा उत्पादक गांव क्वीरीजीमिया तहसील मुख्यालय से 23 किमी की दूरी पर है। गांव सड़क से आठ किमी की पैदल पूरी पर है। विगत 2001 से मानसून काल में प्रतिवर्ष आपदा आने से मार्ग बुरी तरह क्षतिग्रस्त है। ग्रामीण चट्टानों से होकर गुजरते हैं। इसी गांव का निवासी धीरु रावत विगत दिनों से बुखार से पीडि़त था। आसपास उपचार की व्यवस्था नहीं होने से उसकी स्थिति गंभीर हो गई । रविवार को गांव के चार युवा गंगा सिंह, भगवान बृजवाल, भूपाल सिंह और तेज सिंह टोलिया बीमार को डोली पर रख कर आठ किमी दूर सड़क तक लाए। जहां से फिर 15 किमी वाहन से चल कर सायं को मुनस्यारी सीएचसी पहुंचे ।
बीमार को डोली से लाने वाले युवाओं ने बताया कि गांव से लगभग पांच किमी मार्ग जानलेवा बना है। इस मार्ग पर खुद को बचाते हुए बीमार को कंधे पर लाना चुनौती था। आठ किमी मार्ग तय करने में तीन घंटे के आसपास समय लगा। उन्होंने बताया कि गांव के लि ए सड़क की मांग लंबे समय से की जा रही है। इस बार चुनाव से पूर्व सड़क स्वीकृति होने की जानकारी दी गई । इधर पता चला है कि सड़क निर्माण के लिए वित्त्तीय स्वीकृति नहीं मिली है। ग्रामीण पूर्व में सड़ककी मांग को लेकर मतदान का बहिष्कार तक कर चुके हैं।
