देहरादून। ऑल इंडिया बैंक इप्लाइज यूनियन (एआइबीईए) और आल इंडिया बैंक ऑफिसर्स एसोसिएशन (एआइबीओए) के आह्वान पर आज और कल भारतीय स्टेट बैंक को छोड़ प्रदेश के अधिकतर बैंककर्मी हड़ताल पर है। निजीकरण के खिलाफ और ईपीएफ में ब्याज की कटौती के विरोध समेत विभिन्न मांगों को लेकर केंद्रीय श्रम ट्रेड यूनियन दो दिवसीय राष्ट्रव्यापी हड़ताल के समर्थन में भी दून में ट्रेड यूनियनों से जुड़े कर्मचारियों ने हड़ताल कर प्रदर्शन शुरू किया है। हड़ताल के चलते बैंक, बीमा, डाक घर समेत विभिन्न कार्यालयों में कामकाज प्रभावित हो रहा है।

राहत वाली बात यह है कि हालांकि हड़ताल में भारतीय स्टेट बैंक की यूनियन शामिल नहीं है। ऐसे में भारतीय स्टेट बैंक की सभी शाखाएं खुली रहेंगी और कामकाज भी सामान्य रहेगा। केंद्रीय ट्रेड यूनियन और अखिल भारतीय सरकारी कर्मचारी महासंघ के आह्वान पर केंद्रीय, बैंक, बीमा व राज्य सरकारों के कर्मचारी अपनी मांगों को लेकर 28 और 29 मार्च को राष्ट्रव्यापी हड़ताल पर है। ऐसे में स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया (एसबीआई) को छोड़कर अधिकतर बैंक के बैंक कर्मचारी, डाक विभाग, बीमा समेत कई विभिन्न विभागों के कर्मचारी हड़ताल के समर्थन में प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं।

इन सभी विभागों में कामकाज प्रभावित हो रहा है। उत्तरांचल बैंक इम्प्लाइज यूनियन देहरादून के संयुक्त सचिव विनय शर्मा ने बताया कि बैंकों के निजीकरण का विरोध, पुरानी पेंशन बहाली, संविदा कर्मियों को नियमित करने, आउटसोर्सिंग को बंद करने समेत विभिन्न मांगों को लेकर देशव्यापी हड़ताल को सफल बनाने के लिए बैंक कर्मचारी हड़ताल पर है।

बैंककर्मी दून में एस्ले हाल चौक स्थित पंजाब नेशनल बैंक के बाहर एकत्र होकर सरकार की कर्मचारी विरोधी नीतियों के विरोध में धरना प्रदर्शन कर रहे है। बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा में हड़ताल का मिला-जुला असर है। बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा में कुछ कर्मचारी यूनियन एआइबीईए और एआइबीओए से संबंद्ध है, जबकि कुछ यूनाइटेट फोरम ऑफ बैंक यूनियनंस से संबंद्ध है, ऐसे में वहां कुछ अधिकारी-कर्मचारी काम कर रहे हैं।
