चारधाम यात्रा पर आने वाले तीर्थयात्रियों से इस बार होटल व रेस्टोरेंट संचालक सर्विस चार्ज नहीं वसूल पाएंगे। इस संबंध में वित्त मंत्री प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल ने अफसरों को निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि यात्री, होटल के बिल पर जीएसटी का भुगतान करते हैं। ऐसे में अलग से सर्विस चार्ज लिया जाना गलत है। कहा कि यात्रा के दौरान बाहर से आने वाले यात्रियों से होटल व रेस्टोरेंट अनावश्यक पैसा न वसूलें। बस चालकों और अन्य परिवहन कारोबारियों को भी उन्होंने हिदायत दी कि सैलानियों से अधिक किराया न वसूला जाए। उन्होंने इसके लिए पुलिस विभाग को हेल्पलाइन नंबर भी जारी करने को कहा, जिस पर यात्री शिकायत कर सकें। उन्होंने यात्रा के दौरान सफाई का विशेष ध्यान रखने व अतिक्रमण हटाने के भी निर्देश दिए। रायवाला में मीट की दुकान बंद करने के निर्देश अग्रवाल ने निकाय के अधिकारियों से पूछा कि यात्रा मार्ग पर मीट की दुकानें कहां-कहां संचालित हो रही हैं? इस पर थराली से आए निकाय के अफसरों ने बताया कि वहां मुख्य मार्ग पर मीट की एक दुकान बहुत पहले से है। इस पर मंत्री ने कहा कि मुख्य यात्रा मार्ग की इस दुकान को बंद कराया जाए या ढक दिया जाए। साथ ही उन्होंने देहरादून के डीएम को निर्देश दिए कि रायवाला में मुख्य सड़क की मीट की दुकानों को बंद कराया जाए या फिर ढका जाए।
