देहरादून: फर्जी दस्तावेजों के आधा पर संपत्ति का एक हिस्सा हड़पने के आरोप में शहर कोतवाली पुलिस ने चार के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज किया है। शहर कोतवाल विद्याभूषण नेगी ने बताया कि खुड़बुड़ा निवासी शरद मोहन अग्रवाल ने एसएसपी को दी शिकायत में बताया कि बंगाली मार्केट नई दिल्ली निवासी ऋतुराज खन्ना, न्यू गांधी नगर सहारनपुर यूपी निवासी योगेश बंसल, रेटी स्ट्रीट फीलखान मुरादाबाद यूपी निवासी मोहम्मद फरीद और रहमतनगर मुरादाबाद निवासी रेहान ने षड्यंत्र रचकर फर्जी दस्तावेज तैयार कर वीके कंस्ट्रक्शन के स्वामित्व वाली संपत्ति के बाहरी भाग को धोखे से कब्जाकर हड़प लिया है। शहर कोतवाल ने बताया कि आरोपितों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है।
