नैनीताल: स्वास्थ्य मंत्री धन सिंह रावत ने चंपावत विधानसभा सीट पर होने जा रहे उपचुनाव को रिकॉर्ड वोटों से जीतने का दावा किया है। उन्होंने कांग्रेस पर तंज कसते हुए कहा कि प्रदेश ही नहीं पूरे देश भर से कांग्रेस का सफाया हो चुका है।

चंपावत सीट पर चुनाव लड़ते हुए भाजपा प्रदेश में अब तक का सबसे बड़ा रिकॉर्ड बनाएगी। उन्होंने प्रदेश में स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्थाओं को सुदृढ़ करने के लिए लगातार सरकार द्वारा प्रयास किए जाने की बात कही। कहा कि अस्पतालों में चिकित्सकों की कमी को पूरा कर दिया गया है। सरकार ने वर्ष वार एएनएम की भर्ती करने का निर्णय लिया है। साथ ही 2800 पदों पर नर्सों की भर्ती की जाने के साथ ही सरकार द्वारा सीएमओ को दो हजार पदों पर वार्ड बॉय भर्ती करने के लिए भी निर्देशित किया गया है।

शनिवार को स्वास्थ्य मंत्री धन सिंह रावत बीडी पांडे अस्पताल पहुंचे। जहां उन्होंने महिला अस्पताल में नवनिर्मित प्राइवेट वार्ड का फीता काटकर उद्घाटन किया। उन्होंने कहा कि बीडी पांडे अस्पताल में जीर्णोद्धार कार्य के लिए करीब पौने तीन करोड़ रुपए सरकार द्वारा जारी किए गए हैं। जिसका कार्य तेजी से अस्पताल में किया जा रहा है। अस्पताल में बनाए गए सात प्राइवेट वार्डों का मरीजों को बेहद लाभ मिलेगा। अस्पताल में मरीजों के लिए दवाइयों की कोई कमी नहीं है। चिकित्सकों की कमी को भी पूरा कर लिया गया है। सरकार ने हर वर्ष जरूरत के मुताबिक एएनएम भर्ती करने का निर्णय लिया है।

साथ ही 2800 पदों पर स्टाफ नर्सों की भर्ती प्रक्रिया शुरू की जानी है। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार ने अस्पतालों में वार्ड बॉय की कमी को पूरा करने के लिए 2000 पदों पर नियुक्ति के आदेश सीएमओ को दिए हैं। लैब टेक्नीशियन और एक्स-रे टेक्नीशियन को आउट सोर्स माध्यम से भर्ती करने के निर्देश संबंधित अस्पतालों को दिए गए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखंड देश का पहला राज्य है जो अब तक साढ़े पांच लाख से अधिक लोगों का मुफ्त इलाज करा चुका है। जिसमें राज्य सरकार का करीब साढ़े सात सौ करोड़ रुपए खर्च हो चुका है।

39 लाख लोगों के आयुष्मान कार्ड बनाए जा चुके हैं। सरकार ने निर्णय लिया है कि अगले छह माह में प्रदेश के हर व्यक्ति का निशुल्क आयुष्मान कार्ड बना दिया जाएगा। चंपावत सीट पर हो रहे उपचुनाव को लेकर स्वास्थ्य मंत्री ने कहा कि रिकॉर्ड वोटों से वह चंपावत का चुनाव जीत रहे है। तीन दिन वह भी चुनाव प्रचार में गए थे। जिसमें देखा कि हर युवा बुजुर्ग के जुबान पर मुख्यमंत्री की जीत का नारा है।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी प्रदेश में सर्वाधिक वोटों के अंतर से जीत दर्ज करेंगे। इस दौरान विधायक सरिता आर्य, सीएमओ डॉ भागीरथी जोशी, भाजपा मंडल अध्यक्ष आनंद बिष्ट, मनोज जोशी, भूपेंद्र बिष्ट, मोहित रौतेला, दया किशन पोखरिया, पीएमएस डॉ केएस धामी, शशि कला पांडे समेत तमाम लोग मौजूद रहे।
