पिथौरागढ़। कुमाऊं मंडल में रात से ही वर्षा का क्रम जारी है। पिथौरागढ़ जिले के सीमांत इलाकों में भारी वर्षा हुई है। तराई में बादल छाए हुए हैं। बारिश के कारण जहां कई स्थानों पर पहाड़ी से मलबा आ गया है वहीं बागेश्वर में सरयू नदी का जलस्तर भी बढ़ गया है।

पिथौरागढ़ जिले के धारचूला में 85 एमएम, डीडीहाट में 30 एमएम वर्षा हुई है। काली नदी का जल स्तर चेतावनी लेबल से ऊपर पहुंच गया है और गोरी नदी का जलस्तर भी लगातार बढ़ रहा है। धारचूला-तवाघाट – लिपुलेख मार्ग मलगाद, मांगती और गर्बधार में भारी मलबा आने से बंद है।

तहसील बंगापानी क्षेत्र में सेरा के पास मलबा आने से जौलजीबी-मदकोट-मुनस्यारी मार्ग बंद है। पहाड़ की तरफ से लगातार मलबा गिर रहा है। मदकोट से जौलजीबी व पिथौरागढ़ आने वाले वाहन फंसे हैं। बागेश्वर के कपकोट में सुबह से हो रही वर्षा से सरयू नदी उफनाई है। चम्पावत, नैनीताल , अल्मोड़ा और रूद्रपुर शहर में बादल छाए हैं और वर्षा के आसार बने हैं।

वहीं बागेश्वर जिले के कपकोट में सुबह से बारिश हो रही है। लगातार बारिश होने के कारण सरयू नदी उफना गई, अन्य स्थानों पर आसमान में बादल छाए हुए हैं।

मौसम विभाग ने जारी की एडवाइजरी

  • छोटी नदी, नालों के समीप रहने वाले लोग सुरक्षित स्थानों पर रहें।
  • आवागमन के दौरान सावधानी बरतें।
  • पकी हुई फसलों, सब्जियों को काटकर सुरक्षित स्थान पर रख लें।
  • भारी वर्षा के दौरान आवागमन करने से बचें।
  • झोंकेदार हवा चलने के दौरान सुरक्षित स्थान पर शरण लें।
  • गर्जन के दौरान बिजली का संचालन करने वाले वस्तुओं से दूर रहें।

नैनीताल झील का जल स्तर बढ़ा
गर्मियों में तेजी से गिर रहे झील के जलस्तर से चिंतित सिंचाई विभाग को मानसून की पहली बारिश ने राहत दी है। मानसून की पहली बारिश में ही झील के जलस्तर में एक फीट की बढ़ोतरी दर्ज की गई है। बीते 24 घंटे में हुई 134 मीमी के बाद झील का जलस्तर सामान्य से 3.1 फीट ऊपर पहुंच गया है।
