नैनीताल। नैनीताल में सुबह से हो रही तेज बारिश से जनजीवन अस्तव्यस्त हो गया है। लगातार बारिश के कारण जहां बच्चों को स्कूल जानें में परेशानी हुई वहीं आम लोगों को भी समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ा।
तेज बारिश के बीच नैनीताल-भवाली रोड पर कैलाखान से करीब सौ मीटर दूर मलबा आने से सड़क बंद हो गई है। जिससे दोरोंन ओर वाहनों की कतार लग गई है। स्कूली वाहन, पर्यटक के साथ स्थानीय लोग भी रास्ते में फंसे हुए हैं। आपदा कंट्रोल रूम से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार भवाली रोड करीब साढ़े सात बजे से बंद है। भवाली रोड स्लाइडिंग व क्रोनिक जोन है, जहां हर बार बारिश में भूस्खलन होता है।

80 सड़कें संवेदनशील, स्लाइडिंग व क्रोनिक जोन चिह्ति
डीएम धीराज गरबर्याल के अनुसार जिले में तीन एनएच, 12 राज्य मार्ग, पांच मुख्य जिला मार्ग, 25 अन्य जिला मार्ग्र 1105 ग्रामीण मार्ग समेत 1214 सड़के हैं। इसमें से 80 से अधिक सड़कें आपदा की दृष्टि से बेहद संवेदनशील हैं। जिले में 23 108 वाहनों को अलर्ट मोड पर रखा गया है।

जिले की सड़कों पर 20 स्थानों पर स्लाइडिंग जोन व 96 स्थान क्रोनिक जोन चिन्हित हैं।
क्रोनिक जोन ऐसे स्थान हैं, जहां पत्थर गिरने का भय है या पहले कभी भूस्खलन हुआ है। बकौल डीएम आपदा प्रबंधन के लिए अधिकारियों की जवाबदेही तय है, हर किसी को मोबाइल ऑन रखना होगा और बिना अनुमति मुख्यालय छोड़ने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।

बागेश्वर में रात से बारिश जारी है। सुबह आसमान में बादल छाए हैं। लगातार हो रही बारिश के कारण कपकोट मार्ग हरसिला के पास मलबा आने से बंद हो गया है।
