हल्द्वानी। उत्तराखंड में मानसून की दस्तक के साथ ही कुमाऊं के सभी जिलों में वर्षा का क्रम जारी है। जिसका असर जन जीवन पर भी पड़ा है। बारिश के कारण सड़कों पर मलबा आने से पर्वतीय जीलों में कई मार्ग बंद हो गए हैं तो नैनीताल में ठंडी सड़क पर फिर भूस्खलन शुरू हो गया है। वहीं पहाड़ों की नदियां भी उफान पर आ गई है।

पिथौरागढ़ जिले में धोलीगंगा जल विद्युत परियोजना के बांध का पानी गुरूवार सुबह छोड़ा गया है। जिससे काली नदी का जलस्तर बढ़ गया है। नदी का जलस्तर पहले से ही खतरे के निशान 890 मीटर के करीब है और आज पानी छोड़े जाने से और बढोत्तरी हो गई।

तवाघाट से पंचेश्वर तक नदी किनारे रहने वालों को अलर्ट कर दिया गया है। नेपाल सीमा पर स्थित पुलिस थानों व सिंचाई विभाग को जलस्तर पर सुबह पांच से शाम आठ बजे तक विशेष निगरानी रखने को कहा गया है। गोरी नदी भी उफान पर है।

चम्पावत में शारदा बैराज के गेट भी जलस्तर बढ़ने से सुबह खोल दिए गए हैं। एसडीएम हिमांशु ने एनएचपीसी के कंट्रोल रूम जाकर स्थिति का जायजा भी लिया। टनकपुर व बनबसा क्षेत्र में रात से ही बिजली भी गुल है।

वहीं बागेश्वर जिले में रात से बारिश का सिलसिला जारी है। कपकोट क्षेत्र की 25 सड़कें बंद हैं। सरयू नदी का जलस्तर बढ़ने से लोगों में खतरा बना हुआ है। बिजली, पानी के साथ ही कपकोट तहसील क्षेत्र में संचार सेवा भी लड़खड़ा गई है। नैनीताल, ऊधम सिंह नगर, चम्पावत , अल्मोड़ा जिलों में हल्की वर्षा हो रही है।
