उत्तरकाशी : शनि देव यूं तो नौ ग्रहों में प्रमुख रूप से शामिल हैं। कुंडली में शनि की महादशा और शनि की साढ़ेसाती जीवन में उथल पुथल मचा देती है। शनि देव को मनाने के लिए कई तरह के पूजन करते हैं। लेकिन, उत्तराखंड प्रदेश के उत्तरकाशी जनपद के 12 गांवों के ग्रामीण शनि देव को मूर्ति स्वरूप में अपना ईष्ट देवता मानकर घर-घर हर दिन पूजते हैं। यह क्षेत्र यमुनोत्री धाम के निकटतम वाला क्षेत्र है।

आठ सौ वर्ष पुराना मंदिर

यमुना के शीतकालीन प्रवास स्थल खरसाली में शनि देवता का आठ सौ वर्ष पुराना मंदिर है। इस मंदिर के कपाट भी शीतकाल के लिए हर दिसंबर माह में बंद होते हैं, और बैशाखी के पर्व पर हर वर्ष श्रद्धालुओं के लिए खोले जाते हैं। समुद्र तल से 2700 मीटर की ऊंचाई पर स्थित खरसाली गांव के बीच में शनि मंदिर को लेकर मान्यता है कि यह मंदिर अज्ञातवास के दौरान पांडवों ने बनाया था। उस दौरान पांडव खरसाली के निकट लाखामंडल तक भी आए थे।

यह चार मंजिला मंदिर पत्थर, लकड़ी से बना हुआ है। यह मंदिर कई भूकंप और आपदाएं भी झेल चुका है। खरसाली गांव उत्तरकाशी जिला मुख्यालय 140 किलोमीटर दूर यमुनोत्री धाम के निकट स्थित है। यह गांव सड़क से जुड़ा हुआ। खरसाली गांव की पहचान यमुना का मायका होने के साथ यमुना के भाई शनि देव के मंदिर से भी है। शनि देवता मंदिर परिसर में धरया चोंरी देव स्थल है। धरया चोंरी की मान्यता है कि इसी स्थान पर बेखल के पेड़ के नीचे शनि देव प्रकट हुए थे। स्कन्दपुराण के केदार खंड में इसका उल्लेख है।

ये होता है चमत्कार

शनि देव के मंदिर में दो बड़े पात्र रखे गए हैं। जो आकार में एक छोटा है और एक बड़ा है। जिनके बारे में कहा जाता है कि कार्तिक अमावस्या और कार्तिक पूर्णिमा की रात को वे अपने आप ही पश्चिम से पूरब और पूरब से पश्चिम को दिशा बदल देते हैं। इन पात्रों को रिखोला और पिखोला कहा जाता है। ये पात्र मंदिर में सदियों से जंजीर से बांधे हैं।

एक ही गांव में विराजमान है भाई बहन

पुराणों के अनुसार शनि और यमुना दोनों सूर्य की संताने हैं। यमुना संज्ञा की पुत्री और शनि देव छाया के पुत्र हैं। दोनों भाई बहन हैं। इसीलिए जब भी यमुनोत्री धाम के कपाट खुलते हैं तो शनि देवता की देव डोली अक्षय तृतीय पर अपनी बहन यमुना को विदा करने के लिए यमुनोत्री धाम तक जाती है। और जब भइयादूज यमुनोत्री धाम के कपाट बंद होते हैं तो खरसाली से शनि देव की डोली अपनी बहन यमुना को लेने के लिए यमुनोत्री धाम पहुंचते हैं। जिसके बाद शनि देवता अपनी बहन यमुना को लेकर खरसाली पहुंचते हैं। फिर शीतकाल के दौरान भाई बहन खरसाली गांव में अपने-अपने मंदिरों में विराजमान रहते हैं।

शनि देव सांकेतिक भाषा में देते हैं आदेश

जनपद उत्तरकाशी के गीठ पट्टी के ग्रामीण शनि देव को अपना ईष्ट देवता मानते हैं और पूजते हैं। साथ ही शनिदेव न्यायाधीश भी मानते हैं। हर कार्य करने से पहले, किसी कष्ट विपदा में श्रद्धालु शनि देव की डोली से कारण और उपाय पूछते हैं, शनि देवता की डोली सांकेतिक भाषा में आदेश देती है। जिसके बाद श्रद्धालु उसी के अनुरूप कार्य करते हैं।

हर गांव में होता है उत्सव

जुलाई माह में गीठ पट्टी के गांवों में शनि देवता का उत्सव होता है। यह उत्सव 12 दिनों तक चलता है। यह उत्सव गीठ पट्टी के दुर्बिल, कुठार, बाडिया, पिंडकी, मदेश, दगुणगांव, निषणी, बनास, नरायणपुरी और खरसाली गांव में होता है। जिसमें पूरे दिन पूजा अर्चना और स्थानीय ग्रामीण शनि देवता के पारंपरिक लोक गीत गाते हैं तथा आशीर्वाद लेते हैं।

नौ ग्रहों में प्रतिष्ठित है शनिदेव

नौ ग्रहों में शनि देवता प्रतिष्ठित हैं। ज्योतिष पर विश्वास करने वाले शनि देवता को खास महत्व देते हैं। इसलिए दूर दूर से खरसाली के शनि मंदिर में भी श्रद्धालु पूजा अर्चना करने पहुंचते। यहां मंदिर के दर्शन कर और शनि देवता की अखंड ज्योति में तेल दान करते हैं और शनिदेव की कांस्य मूर्ति के दर्शन करते हैं। मान्यता है कि खरसाली के शनि मंदिर के दर्शन करने से जीवन के सारे कष्ट दूर हो जाते हैं। गीठ पट्टी के ग्रामीणों का मानना है कि उन पर शनि देवता की हमेशा कृपा बनी रहती है।

खास है पूजा पद्धति

जुलाई माह में जब 12 दिनों तक शनि देवता की विशेष पूजा अर्चना होती है तो पूजा की खास पद्धति है। शनि देवता के पुजारी जब यमुना नदी में जल लेने को जाता और आता है तो उस समय पुजारी से कुछ दूरी बनाकर दो ग्रामीण अन्य राहगीरों को रास्ते हटने के लिए कहते हैं। फिर विधिविधान से पूजा अर्चना होती है। इस बीच पुजारी किसी से भी बात नहीं करता है। सावन की सन्क्रान्ति को खरसाली में दो दिवसीय शनि देव मेला आयोजित होता है। इस मेले के दौरान भी इसी तरह की पूजा पद्धति है।

कैसे पहुंचे

  • खरसाली स्थिति शनि देवता के मंदिर में पहुंचने के लिए एक मार्ग ऋषिकेश से है और एक देहरादून से है।
  • खरसाली गांव सड़क मार्ग से जुड़ा हुआ है।
  • खरसाली गांव में हैलीपैड भी है।
  • चारधाम यात्रा के दौरान हेली से आने वाले तीर्थयात्री पहले खरसाली ही पहुंचते हैं।
  • ऋषिकेश से चंबा, धरासू बडकोट होते हुए खरसाली की दूरी 214 किलोमीटर है।
  • देहरादून से खरसाली की दूरी 170 किलोमीटर है।

आने का यह उचित समय

शीतकाल के दौरान शनि मंदिर के कपाट बंद रहते हैं। शीतकाल में खरसाली गांव बर्फ से ढका रहता है। इसलिए शनि देवता के दर्शन करने का सबसे उचित समय चारधाम यात्रा के दौरान है। बैशाखी से लेकर 15 दिसंबर तक श्रद्धालु कभी भी दर्शन करने आ सकते हैं। लेकिन, सावन की सन्क्रान्ति को दो दिन तक चलने वाले मेले का उत्सव सबसे खास और दर्शनीय होता है। इस मेले यमुना घाटी की लोक परंपराएं और संस्कृति का भी दीदार होता है।
