नैनीताल: नैनीताल जिले में भारी बारिश से जन जीवन अस्त व्यस्त हो गया है। इसको लेकर मौसम विभाग ने अलर्ट भी जारी किया है। हालांकि जिला प्रशासन की ओर से स्कूलों में अवकाश नहीं घोषित किया गया है। लेकिन एक झूठा शासनादेश वायरल होने से स्कूलों में भ्रम फैल गया। जिसके बाद स्कूल पहुंचे बच्चों काे वापस लौटा दिया गया।

सेंट जोसफ, सेंट मैरी कॉलेज बच्चों को घर भेजा

शुक्रवार सुबह सेंट जोसफ, सेंट मैरी कॉलेज के बच्चे स्कूल पहुंचे तो उन्हें यह कहकर घर भेज दिया कि आज अवकाश है। डीएम ने मौसम को देखते हुए अवकाश घोषित किया है। सेंट मैरी कॉलेज प्रबंधन ने अर्द्ध वार्षिक परीक्षा वाले बच्चों को नहीं भेजा।

एसएमएस भेजकर वापस बुलाया गया

बच्चे घर पहुंचे तो इसके बाद एसएमएस भेजकर कहा गया कि अवकश नहीं, आप लोग स्कूल वापस आ जाएं। देरी की कोई बात नहीं।सरकारी स्कूलों में भी यह फेक और एडिटेड शासनादेश पहुंचा तो उन्होंने कहा कि अवकाश कल ही घोषित होना चाहिए, अब तो स्कूल आ गए।

डीएम ने दिए कार्रवाई के आदेश

सोशल मीडिया में वायरल किये गये संदेश से भ्रामक सूचना प्रसारित करने के मामले में जिलाधिकारी धीराज गर्ब्याल ने एसएसपी को पत्र भेजकर कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए हैं। डीएम ने कहा कि वायरल पत्र से आम जन को अनावश्यक परेशानियों में डाला गया। जिम्मेदारों पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

पुराने शासनादेश में की छेड़छाड़

जिला प्रशासन की ओर से विद्यालयों में किसी प्रकार के अवकाश के आदेश नहीं पारित किया गया, लेकिन कार्यालय के पूर्व के पत्र में छेड़छाड़ करते हुए एक भ्रामक संदेश तैयार वायरल कर दिया गया है। इससे जिला प्रशासन की छवि खराब करने का भी प्रयास किया गया है।

साइबर सेल करेगी मामले की जांच

भविष्य में भी ऐसे शरारती लोगों द्वारा भ्रामक संदेश प्रसारित कर राजकीय कार्यों में बाधा पहुँचायी जा सकती है। उक्त प्रकरण में सुसंगत धाराओं के अन्तर्गत प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराते साइबर सेल के माध्यम से जाँच कराते हुए ऐसे शरारती तत्वों की पहचान करने एवं विधिक कानूनी कार्यवाही करें।
