देहरादून। पटेलनगर स्‍थि‍त श्री महंत इंदिरेश अस्पताल के नर्सिंग स्टाफ ने आज शुक्रवार सुबह कार्य बहिष्कार कर दिया। उन्होंने चिकित्सा अधीक्षक कक्ष के बाहर नारेबाजी की। इस दौरान नर्सिंग स्टाफ ने कहा कि वह अल्प वेतन पर भी पूरी तत्परता से अपनी ड्यूटी कर रहे हैं।

दो साल से वेतन वृद्धि ना करने का आरोप

कोरोनाकाल में ड्यूटी के दौरान कई लोग संक्रमित भी हुए, पर अपनी सुध भुलाकर उन्होंने मरीजों की सेवा की। दो साल से उनकी कोई वेतन वृद्धि नहीं हुई है। उनसे कहा गया कि पहले मार्च और फिर जुलाई में वेतन बढ़कर आएगा, पर कोई इंक्रीमेंट नहीं लगा। वहीं दूसरी ओर, अस्‍पताल प्रशासन का कहना है कि एक से दो दिन में खातों में एरियर के साथ बढ़ा हुआ वेतन आ जाएगा।

नर्सिंग स्टाफ की अधिकारियों से हुई वार्ता

अस्पताल के नर्सिंग स्टाफ ने कहा कि अस्पताल एनएबीएच प्रमाणित है, पर वेतन उस हिसाब से नहीं मिल रहा। नर्सिंग स्टाफ की अधिकारियों से वार्ता हुई। जिन्होंने अगले 15 दिन में उनकी इस मांग पर कार्रवाई का भरोसा दिया। पर प्रदर्शनकारी मानने को तैयार नहीं हैं। उनका कहना है कि अस्पताल प्रशासन तत्काल इस संबंध में कोई निर्णय ले या फिर उन्हें लिखकर दे।

एरियर समेत खातों में आएगा बढ़ा हुआ वेतन

वहीं, इस संबंध में अस्‍पताल के वरिष्‍ठ जनसंपर्क अधिकारी भूपेंद्र रतूड़ी ने बताया कि नर्सिंग स्टाफ इंक्रीमेंट की प्रक्रिया गतिमान है। एक से दो दिन में एरियर समेत इंक्रीमेंट उनके खातों में आ जाएंगे। इस संबंध नर्सिंग स्टाफ को लिखित में आश्‍वासन भी दिया गया है।
