उत्तरकाशी : चार वर्ष पहले सेना से सेवानिवृत हुए चंद्रमोहन पंवार की देश सेवा अभी भी जारी है। वह युवाओं में भविष्य की नींव तराश कर देश सेवा के लिए ट्रेनिंग दे रहे हैं।

पिछले तीन वर्षों से चंद्रमोहन पंवार सेना में भर्ती होने का निश्‍शुल्‍क प्रशिक्षण दे रहे हैं तथा युवाओं को भर्ती के लिए तैयार कर रहा है। वर्ष 2020-2021 में उनसे प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त 65 युवा सेना में भर्ती हुए हैं।

इन दिनों चंद्रमोहन 120 युवाओं को अग्निवीर के लिए तैयार कर रहे हैं। इसके लिए वह सुबह और शाम के समय तीन-तीन घंटे युवाओं को शारीरिक प्रशिक्षण दे रहे हैं।

वहीं उनसे अग्निवीर के लिए प्रशिक्षण ले रहे युवाओं का कहना है कि सेना में 4 साल रहें या 40 साल मर मिटेंगे तो सिर्फ अपने देश हिंदुस्तान के लिए। अग्निवीर का विरोध और दुष्प्रचार के बावजूद युवाओं में अग्निवीर भर्ती को लेकर खासा उत्साह दिख रहा है।

उत्तरकाशी जिला मुख्यालय से 10 किलोमीटर दूर नाल्ड गांव निवासी चंद्रमोहन पंवार 2002 में गढ़वाल राइफल में भर्ती हुए। जबकि नायक पद से 2019 में सेवानिवृत हुए। लेकिन, सेवानिवृत के बाद देश सेवा का जज्बा बरकरार रहा। जिला मुख्यालय के निकट तिलोथ में अपना नया ठिकाना बनाया।

तीन वर्षों से चंद्रमोहन युवाओं को निश्‍शुल्‍क प्रशिक्षण दे रहे हैं

तिलोथ से चंद्रमोहन पंवार ने युवाओं को नशे से दूर रहने और सेना में भर्ती के लिए युवाओं को प्रेरित करने का कार्य शुरू किया। कोविड के दौरान 150 युवाओं को चंद्रमोहन पंवार ने सेना में भर्ती होने का प्रशिक्षण दिया। जिसका नतीजा यह रहा कि 150 में से 65 युवा सेना में भर्ती हुए।

इन दिनों चंद्रमोहन पंवार उत्तरकाशी के युवाओं का अग्निवीर बनने का सपना लिए सड़क से लेकर खेल मैदान में दौड़ते नजर आ रहे हैं। ताकि इनके सपनों को पंख लग सके। बिना प्रचार प्रसार के, बिना किसी संगठन के यह पूर्व सैनिक युवाओं को निशुल्क रूप से कठोर प्रशिक्षण दे रहा है।

कुटेटी देवी मंदिर मोटर मार्ग पर चंद्रमोहन पंवार के नेतृत्व में बड़ी संख्या में युवक भर्ती की तैयारी में जुटे हुए हैं। जिससे युवाओं में काफी उत्साह है और युवा अपने आप को शारीरिक रूप से फिट और बेहतर महसूस कर रहे हैं।
