रुदपुर : बीडीसी बोर्ड की डेढ़ घण्टे देर से शुरू हुई बैठक में जिला स्तरीय अधिकारियों के न पहुंचने पर बीडीसी और ग्राम प्रधानों ने विरोध करते हुए बैठक का बहिष्कार कर दिया। साढ़े 12 बजे पहुंचे सीडीओ विशाल मिश्रा के सामने विरोध दर्ज कराया। इसके पहले किच्छा विधायक तिलकराज बेहड़ ने प्रस्ताव रखा कि डीएम को पत्र लिखा जाए कि इस तरह बैठक को लेकर अधिकारी गंभीरता नहीं दिखा रहे हैं, ऐसे में इसका कोई औचित्य भी नहीं रह जाता।

बीडीसी बोर्ड बैठक में आक्रोश जाहिर कर रहे बीडीसी सदस्यों को सीडीओ विशाल मिश्रा ने आश्वस्त किया कि आगे इस पर गंभीरता दिखाई जाएगी। जो अधिकारी इस महत्वपूर्ण बैठक में नहीं आए हैं उनसे स्पष्टीकरण लेकर एक दिन का वेतन काटे जाने की कार्रवाई की जाएगी। सीडीओ के आश्वासन पर सभी शांत हो गए।

विधायक किच्छा तिलकराज बेहड़ ने पक्की की जा रही नहरों, सफाई को लेकर प्रश्न उठाया। जिसमें इंदरपुर नहर की सफाई न होने का कारण पूछा। सिंचाई विभाग की तरफ से बताया गया कि इनकी सफाई मनरेगा से कराई जा रही है। बीडीसी सदस्य परमजीत सिंह ने भंगा माइनर बंद होने का प्रश्न उठाया। उनका कहना था कि 20 वर्ष हो गए माइनर का हाल सुधरा नहीं है।

ग्राम प्रधान नारायण पुर के डैम के किनारे पेड़ काटे जाने के लिए एनओसी नहीं दी गई। बैठक में सिंचाई विभाग मुर्दाबाद के नारे भी सदस्यों ने लगाए। ग्राम प्रधान दीपक मिश्रा ने सिल्ट की सफाई न कराए जाने पर आक्रोश जताया।

बीडीसी सदस्य अनुज पाठक ने पूछा कि गंगापुर नहर संबलपुरी नहर के पास दीवार टूटी है। सुरक्षा दीवार का निर्माण भी नहीं किया जा सका। अधिशासी अभियंता सिंचाई विभाग दीक्षांत के न आने पर नाराजगी जाहिर की गई।सीडीओ ने आश्वासन दिया कि सभी अधूरी कार्य पूरे होंगे। इसके बाद जिला प्रशासन मुर्दाबाद के नारे लगाते हुए सदस्यों ने बैठक का बहिष्कार कर दिया।
