देहरादून: छठ पूजा का पर्व शुक्रवार को नहाय-खाय के साथ शुरू होगा। चार दिन चलने वाले इस पर्व में सेवा और भक्तिभाव का विराट स्वरूप देखने को मिलेगा। छठ पूजा को लेकर देहरादून में तैयारियां लगभग पूरी हो चुकी हैं, जिसका उत्साह भी नजर आ रहा है। बिहारी महासभा और पूर्वा सांस्कृतिक मंच समेत अन्य संगठन छठ पर्व को लेकर अपनी तैयारियों को अंतिम रूप देने में लगे हैं।

छठी माता व सूर्य देव की उपासना का यह पर्व पूर्वी भारत में धूमधाम से मनाया जाता है। देहरादून में पूर्वांचल के लोग बड़ी संख्या में रहते हैं। ऐसे में यहां भी उल्लास कई गुनाह अधिक रहता है। इस साल 28 अक्टूबर यानी कि शुक्रवार को नहाय-खाय के साथ पूर्व शुरू होगा। 29 को खरना व 30 अक्टूबर को डूबते सूर्य को अर्घ्य दिया जाएगा।

पर्व के अंतिम दिन यानी 31 अक्टूबर को उगते सूरज को अर्घ्य देने के साथ ही छठ व्रत संपन्न होगा। पूजा की तैयारी के लिए बाजार में महिलाएं टोकरी, गुड़ चावल समेत आदि सामग्री की खरीदारी कर रही हैं। पूजन की सामग्री में मौसमी फल और सब्जियों को भी शामिल किया जाता है। इसलिए ज्यादातर लोग इन्हें अर्घ्य वाले दिन ही खरीदते हैं।

दून शहर में टपकेश्वर के साथ ही रायपुर, मालदेवता, चंद्रबनी, गोविंदगढ़, प्रेमनगर समेत ब्रह्मपुरी आदि जगहों में कार्यक्रम आयोजित होंगे। ब्रह्मपुरी में नगर निगम की ओर से बनाए गए छठ पार्क को सजाया जा रहा है। महापौर सुनील उनियाल गामा ने छठ पूजन के सभी स्थानों पर सफाई और लाइट आदि की पूरी व्यवस्था करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। महापौर ने कहा कि छठ केवल लोक आस्था का नहीं, बल्कि प्रकृति के करीब जाने और गांव-घर लौटने का पर्व भी है।

छठ पर्व का कार्यक्रम
28 अक्टूबर: नहाय खाय

इस दिन व्रतधारी सुबह स्नान कर लौकी और चावल से बने प्रसाद को ग्रहण करते हैं।

29 अक्टूबर: खरना

खरना के दिन उपवास शुरू होता है और परिवार की श्रेष्ठ महिला 12 घंटे का निर्जला उपवास करती हैं। शाम के वक्त छठी माता को बूरा वाली खीर और रोटी से बना प्रसाद चढ़ाया जाता है। साथ ही मौसम के तमाम फल छठी मां को अर्पित किए जाते हैं। इसके बाद बूरा वाली खीर और रोटी के प्रसाद से महिलाएं व्रत पारण करती हैं। व्रत को श्रेष्ठ महिला के अलावा अन्य महिलाएं व पुरुष भी कर सकते हैं।

30 अक्टूबर: संध्या अर्घ्य (पहला अर्घ्य)

खरना का उपवास खोलते ही महिलाएं 36 घंटे के लिए निर्जला उपवास ग्रहण करती हैं। पहले अर्घ्य के दिन बांस की टोकरी में अर्घ्य का सूप सजाया जाता है। शाम के वक्त व्रतियां नदी किनारे घाट पर एकत्र होकर डूबते हुए सूर्य को अर्घ्य देती हैं।

31 अक्टूबर: उषा अर्घ्य (दूसरा अर्घ्य)

इस दिन सूर्य उदय से पहले ही व्रतियां घाट पर एकत्र हो जाती हैं और उगते सूरज को अर्घ्य देकर महिलाएं कच्चे दूध का शरबत पीती हैं और व्रत से पारण होती हैं।

गूंजेंगे छठ के गीत
चार दिन तक छठ के पारंपरिक गीत कांच की बांस के बहंगिया, बहंगी लचकत जाए, जल्दी-जल्दी उग हे सूरज देव.., कइलीं बरतिया तोहार हे छठ मइया आदि से पूरा माहौल ही छठ के रंग में रंगा रहता है।

तामसिक भोजन से परहेज
बिहारी महासभा के पदाधिकारियों ने बताया कि अगर किसी परिवार के एक सदस्य ने भी व्रत रखा है तो परिवार के हर सदस्य को तामसिक भोजन से पूरी तरह से परहेज करना पड़ता है। साथ ही, इस व्रत में स्वच्छता का भी विशेष ध्यान रखने की जरूरत होती है। उन्होंने बताया कि संतान प्राप्ति और संतान की दीर्घायु के लिए छठ का व्रत रखा जाता है।
