नहाय खाय के साथ आज शुक्रवार से छठ महापर्व की शुरुआत हो गई है। चार दिवसीय महापर्व के लिए नदी के घाटों पर साफ-सफाई हो चुकी है। साथ ही छठ मैया की स्थापना कर दी गई है। प्रात:काल स्नान के बाद कद्दू और चने की दाल से बनी सब्जी के साथ चावल का भोग ग्रहण करने के बाद छठ पर्व का व्रत शुरू हुआ।

लगभग 36 घंटे के निर्जला व्रत के बाद शनिवार शाम को ‘खरना’ का आयोजन होगा। खरने में गुड़ और दूध से बनी खीर खाई जाती है। खीर को प्रसाद के रूप में वितरित भी किया जाता है। प्रसाद ग्रहण करने के बाद व्रती लोग रविवार की शाम डूबते सूर्य को अर्घ्य देंगे और सोमवार को प्रात:काल में उगते सूरज को अर्घ्य दिया जाएगा।

इसके बाद छठ पूजा संपन्न होगी और व्रती लोग अपना व्रत खोलेंगे। इस महापर्व की तैयारी के मद्देनजर राजधानी देहरादून में पाटलिपुत्र विचार मंच के सदस्यों अशोक पंडित, गौतम पंडित, अनिल प्रजापति, मुकेश यादव, संजय कुमार झा, शैलेंद्र प्रजापति, संदीप प्रजापति, अनिल सिंह ने रायपुर, मालदेवता, नत्थनपुर, हरबंस वाला और डालनवाला में छठ पूजा के लिए घाटों पर साफ-सफाई का काम किया। इन घाटों पर छठ मैया की स्थापना की गई।

पाटलिपुत्र विचार मंच के कोषाध्यक्ष संदीप प्रजापति ने बताया कि आज शुक्रवार को जहां छठ पूजा के दौरान व्रत रखने वाले श्रद्धालु नहाय खाय की रस्म करेंगे। वहीं संगठन के सदस्य विभिन्न छठ घाटों पर स्थापित छठी मैया को सजाएंगे। साथ ही घाटों पर रोशनी, पानी, पार्किंग, श्रद्धालुओं के छठ घाटों तक आने-जाने के लिए व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करेंगे। बताया कि कोरोना के कारण दो वर्ष तक छठ पूजा रस्मी तौर पर हुई थी।

कोरोना के साये से निकलने के बाद पहली बार धूमधाम से छठ पूजा का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। इस बार छठ पूजन में बड़ी संख्या में श्रद्धालु शामिल होंगे। उधर, पाटलिपुत्र विचार मंच के सदस्य विधायक खजानदास से मिले और डालनवाला स्थित छठ घाट पर पानी और बिजली की व्यवस्था करने का अनुरोध किया।

हरिद्वार में नहाय खाय की रस्म से पहले महिलाएं कलश यात्रा निकालेंगी। हर साल हरिद्वार में भी बड़ी संख्या में छठ पर्व पर आस्था का सैलाब देखने को मिलता है। गंगा घाटों पर हजारों की संख्या में व्रती महिलाएं छठ मैया की उपासना करती हैं। उत्तर प्रदेश, झारखंड, बिहार के हजारों लोग हरिद्वार में रहते हैं। बीएचईएल के अलावा सिडकुल, बहादराबाद औद्योगिक इकाइयों के साथ ही अन्य क्षेत्रों में नौकरी पेशे से जुड़े हुए हैं।
