देहरादून। राज्य में 60 मोबाइल पशु चिकित्सा इकाई, गोट वैली, राष्ट्रीय गोकुल मिशन व एनसीडीसी के अंतर्गत विभिन्न योजनाओं का केंद्रीय पशुपालन राज्य मंत्री डॉ. संजीव कुमार बालियान व मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने लोकार्पण किया। इस दौरान 60 मोबाइल पशु चिकित्सा एंबुलेंस को हरी झंडी दिखाई।

दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों के पशुपालकों को मिलेगी मदद
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि जिस भी योजना का शिलान्यास करेंगे उसका लोकार्पण भी करेंगे। यानी काम को अंजाम तक पहुंचाएंगे। पशु चिकित्सा के लिए मोबाइल एंबुलेंस सेवा शुरू होने से दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों के पशुपालकों को काफी मदद मिलेगी।

कर्नाटक, मेघालय के बाद इस योजना को शुरू करने वाला उत्तराखंड देश का तीसरा है। टोल फ्री नंबर 1962 पशुपालक एंबुलेंस सेवा का लाभ ले सकेंगे। गोट वैली योजना में चयनित गांवों में बकरी पालन को बढ़ावा दिया जाएगा। इसके अलावा राष्ट्रीय गोकुल मिशन के तहत देहरादून के श्यामपुर में सीमन लैब का निर्माण किया जा रहा है।

पशुपालन आजीविका का बड़ा माध्यम
उन्‍होंने कहा कि पशुपालन संतुलित पोषण और आजीविका का बड़ा माध्यम। इसका राज्य की जीडीपी में तीन प्रतिशत हिस्सेदारी है। इस दौरान कृषि मंत्री गणेश जोशी, पशुपालन मंत्री सौरभ बहुगुणा, महापौर सुनील उनियाल गामा, विधायक उमेश शर्मा काऊ आदि उपस्थित रहे।

पशु चिकित्सकों को भी एनपीए का लाभ मिलेगा
मुख्यमंत्री ने घोषणा कि पशु चिकित्सकों को भी एनपीए का लाभ मिलेगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पशुपालकों की आय में वृद्धि और उनके जीवन स्तर में सुधार के लिए सरकार संकल्पित है। इससे ग्रामीण क्षेत्र की आर्थिकी में भी सुधार होगा। वहीं रिवर्स पलायन को भी बढ़ावा मिलेगा।
