चंपावत : छह माह बाद चंपावत जिले में अटल आयुष्मान योजना (Atal Ayushman Yojana) से एक बार फिर मरीजों का इलाज शुरू हो गया है। मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा जिला मुख्यालय के एक निजी अस्पताल को पूर्व में रूके क्लेम का भुगतान करने के आश्वासन के बाद अस्पताल प्रबंधन ने योजना के तहत उपचार की प्रकिया चालू कर दी है।

इस अस्पताल में पूर्व में भी अटल आयुष्मान योजना से इलाज हो रहे थे, लेकिन इलाज किए गए मरीजों के क्लेम का भुगतान नहीं हो पाने से अस्पताल प्रबंधन ने स्वयं को योजना से अलग कर लिया था। इससे गरीब तबके के मरीजों को भारी नुकसान उठाना पड़ रहा था।

जीवन अनमोल मल्टी स्पेशलिटी हाॅस्पिटल उत्तराखंड सरकार की महत्वाकांक्षी अटल आयुष्मान योजना का लाभ देने वाला जिले के पर्वतीय क्षेत्र का एकमात्र अनुबंधित अस्पताल है। यह अस्पताल उत्तराखंड सरकार के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के विधान सभा क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत आता है। लगभग छह माह से इस अस्पताल में योजना से मरीजों का उपचार नहीं हो पा रहा था।

अस्पताल प्रबंधन ने यह कहते हुए स्वयं को योजना से अलग कर लिया था कि अटल आयुष्मान योजना के तहत आयुष्मान कार्ड, गोल्डन कार्ड एवं सीएपीएफ कार्ड के करीब 703 मरीजों का क्लेम बिना उचित कारणों से निरस्त कर दिया गया है। मरीजों का अप्रूवल एवं एक्सटेंशन टीएमएस पोर्टल पर देने के बाद भी 60 से ज्यादा मरीजों के क्लेम को स्वीकार नहीं किया गया।

अस्पताल के प्रबंधन दीपक जोशी ने बताया कि अंतिम बार क्लेम सेटलमेंट में केवल 30 प्रतिशत का ही भुगतान अस्पताल को किया गया, जिससे अस्पताल को भारी आर्थिक नुकसान हुआ। ऐसी स्थित में अस्पताल द्वारा आयुष्मान योजना के अंतर्गत मरीजों का निश्शुल्क इलाज करना बंद कर दिया।

सीएम और मंत्रियों तक से की जा चुकी थी शिकायत
इधर योजना से इलाज बंद होने के कारण सरकार की किरकिरी हो रही थी। लोगों ने इसकी शिकायत राज्य सरकार के कई मंत्रियों के साथ मुख्यमंत्री से भी की। अब मुख्यमंत्री ने अस्पताल को अवशेष क्लेम के भुगतान का आश्वासन दिया है, जिसके बाद अस्पताल प्रबंधन ने योजना के तहत पुन: उपचार शुरू कर दिया है। अस्पताल के प्रबंधक दीपक जोशी ने बताया कि अस्पताल में योजना के तहत फिर से उपचार शुरू कर दिया गया है। फिलहाल हड्डी रोग, बाल रोग, जनरल सर्जरी, जनरल मेडिसिन एंड क्रिटिकल केयर में ही योजना का लाभ मिलेगा।

सीएमओ चंपावत डा. केके अग्रवाल ने बताया कि चंपावत के जीवन अनमोल मल्टी स्पेशलिटी हास्पिटल ने अटल आयुष्मान योजना से पुन : उपचार शुरू कर दिया है। जो काफी सुखद है। इससे गरीब तबके के मरीजों को काफी लाभ होगा। योजना के तहत मरीजों का उपचार लगातार होता रहे इसके लिए स्वास्थ्य विभाग भी अपनी ओर से पूरा सहयोग करेगा।
