सरकारी विभागों में संविदा पर नौकरी के लिए अब युवाओं को दफ्तरों के चक्कर नहीं काटने पड़ेंगे। उन्हें सेवायोजन आउटसोर्सिंग एजेंसी की वेबसाइट पर आवेदन करना होगा। रिक्त पदों की सूचना जारी होते ही जरूरी औपचारिकताओं के बाद अभ्यर्थियों को नियुक्तिपत्र जारी कर दिया जाएगा। यह पूरी प्रक्रिया ऑनलाइन होगी।

अभी प्रदेश में उत्तराखंड पूर्व सैनिक कल्याण निगम लिमिटेड (उपनल) और प्रांतीय रक्षक दल (पीआरडी) के माध्यम से सरकारी विभागों में संविदा पर भर्तियां होती हैं। विभाग अपनी जरूरत के हिसाब से दोनों एजेंसियों को पत्र भेजते हैं। दोनो एजेंसियां युवाओं का चयन कर उनके नाम का पत्र संबंधित विभाग को भेज देती हैं। इस प्रक्रिया में बेरोजगारों को विभागों, उपनल और पीआरडी के दफ्तरों के बीच चक्कर काटने पड़ते हैं।

दूसरा, उपनल के जरिये सिर्फ पूर्व सैनिक व उनके आश्रितों की ही भर्ती हो सकती है। वहीं, पीआरडी के जरिये भी कुछ ही पदों पर भर्ती होती है। ऐसे में एक ऐसी आउटसोर्सिंग एजेंसी की जरूरत महसूस हुई जो सभी पदों पर भर्ती की जिम्मेदारी संभाल सके। इसीलिए पिछले दिनों कैबिनेट बैठक में निर्णय लिया गया था कि सेवायोजन विभाग को आउटसोर्सिंग एजेंसी बनाया जाएगा।

ऐसे मिलेगी संविदा पर नौकरी
सेवायोजन की वेबसाइट पर बेरोजगारों को पंजीकरण करना होगा। उन्हें शैक्षिक योग्यता, पते आदि की जानकारी देने के साथ संबंधित दस्तावेज भी अपलोड करने होंगे। यह पूरा डाटा सेवायोजन आउटसोर्सिंग एजेंसी के पास सुरक्षित रहेगा। इसके बाद कोई भी विभाग जब सेवायोजन को रिक्त पदों की संख्या भेजेगा तो उस शैक्षिक योग्यता वाले लोगों के नामों की लिस्ट तैयार हो जाएगी। यह सूची विभाग को जाएगी और चयन की प्रक्रिया शुरू होगी। पूरी प्रक्रिया ऑनलाइन होगी।
