उत्तराखंड विधानसभा सत्र के दूसरे दिन की कार्यवाही जारी है। सदन की कार्यवाही शुरू होते ही विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने पीठ से कड़क संदेश दिया। स्पीकर ने विधायकों को सदन में रहने के दौरान फोन इस्तेमाल न करने के निर्देश दिए। विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ऋतु भूषण खंडूडी ने कहा कि सत्र के पहले दिन कई विधायक फोन का इस्तेमाल करते रहे। कहा कि फोन का इस्तेमाल करते हुए विधायक पाए गए तो कर्रवाई होगी। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को भी हिदायत दी।

सदन के अंदर कार्यवाही, बाहर प्रदर्शन
विधानसभा सत्र के दूसरे दिन की कार्यवाही जारी है। अंदर सदन चल रहा है तो वहीं बाहर विभिन्न संगठनों का प्रर्दशन जारी है। ग्राम गल्जवाड़ी के ग्राम वासियों की आवासीय भूमि को राजस्व अभिलेखों में आबादी में दर्ज करने की मांग को लेकर विधानसभा कूच करने पहुंचे गल्जवाडी के क्षेत्रवासियों को पुलिस द्वारा रिस्पना पुल के समीप बैरिकेडिंग लगाकर रोका गया। वहीं सितारगंज उधम सिंह नगर में फैक्ट्री की अवैध बंदी के खिलाफ कर्मचारी विधानसभा कुच करने पहुंचे। अपनी मांगों को लेकर विधानसभा कूच करने पहुंचे सुराज सेवा दल को भी पुलिस द्वारा रोका गया।

सदन में विपक्ष के सवाल
कांग्रेस विधायक भुवन कापड़ी ने टेक होम राशन की आपूर्ति से जुड़ा सवाल पूछा। उन्होंने कहा कि क्या राज्य में चार महीने से टेक होम राशन की आपूर्ति नहीं हुई। क्या राज्य में 16 माह से आंगनबाड़ी भवनों का किराया भुगतान नहीं हुआ? उनके सवालों पर महिला सशक्तिकरण व बाल विकास मंत्री ने कहा भारत सरकार से बजट न मिलने के कारण राशन की आपूर्ति में व्यवधान हुआ है। 37 करोड़ 36 लाख 57 सतावन हजार 800 की धनराशि अवमुक्त की गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि निदेशालय की मांग पर जल्द भुगतान हो जाएगा। साथ ही आंगनबाड़ी भवनों के किराये का भी जल्द भुगतान होगा।

  • खाद्य व नागरिक आपूर्ति मंत्री रेखा आर्या ने कहा बागेश्वर जनपद को छोड़कर किसी भी जनपद ने 2019 के बाद मिट्टी के तेल का उठान नहीं किया गया है।
  • बागेश्वर जनपद में भी मार्च 2020 से मिट्टी के तेल का उठान नहीं हुआ।
