मसूरी : देहरादून-मसूरी हाईवे पर शनिवार को भी अतिक्रमण के विरुद्ध अभियान चलाया गया। इस दौरान पानिवाले बैंड पर अतिक्रमण हटाने का कार्रवाई की गई। लेकिन लोग यहां विरोध पर उतर आए।

एसडीएम सदर नरेश चंद्र दुर्गापाल ने लोगों को समझाने की कोशिश की। लेकिन लोगों ने सड़क के दोनों और करीब छह किमी लंबा जाम लगा दिया। जिससे स्‍थानीय राहगीरों और वीकेंड के चलते मसूरी जा रहे पर्यटकों को परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ा।

कुठालगेट से किंक्रेग तक अतिक्रमण पर गरजी जेसीबी
इससे पहले शुक्रवार को भी देहरादून-मसूरी हाईवे पर कुठालगेट से किंक्रेग तक अतिक्रमण के विरुद्ध अभियान चलाया गया। इस दौरान पूर्व में चिहि्नत किए गए 73 अतिक्रमण में से 14 अतिक्रमण (खोखे व हट्स) हटाए गए।

साथ ही दो निर्माणाधीन होटल ध्वस्त किए गए। विभिन्न विभागों के कार्मिकों की संयुक्त टीम को अतिक्रमणकारियों का छुटपुट विरोध भी झेलना पड़ा, लेकिन टीम के सामने उनकी ज्यादा नहीं चली और उन्हें पीछे हटना पड़ा।

शुक्रवार सुबह देहरादून-मसूरी हाईवे स्थित पानी वाले बैंड पर कार्मिक एकत्र हुए। इसके बाद एक टीम एसडीएम सदर नरेश चंद्र दुर्गापाल के नेतृत्व में पानी वाले बैंड से कुठाल गेट तक अतिक्रमण हटाने में लगी, जबकि दूसरी टीम एसडीएम मसूरी शैलेंद्र सिंह नेगी के नेतृत्व में पानी वाले बैंड से किंक्रेग तक अतिक्रमण हटाने गई।

इस दौरान कुछ जगहों पर अतिक्रमणकारियों ने कार्रवाई का विरोध भी किया, लेकिन ज्यादा देर तक उनकी दलील नहीं चल पाई। पूर्व में चिहि्नत किए अतिक्रमण पर जेसीबी चलाई गई। इस दौरान पंचायत व वन विभाग की जमीन पर भी कब्जे पाए गए। इस संबंध में काबीना मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने फोन पर बात करने के बाद प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों ने उक्त अतिक्रमण भी हटवाए।

एसडीएम सदर नरेश चंद्र दुर्गापाल ने बताया कि बिना स्वीकृति के किए गए निर्माण का सीमांकन करवाने के बाद अधिकारियों से अतिक्रमण चिहि्नत करवाया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि पक्के अतिक्रमण हटाने में अभी और समय लगेगा।

इस मौके पर सीओ नीरज सेमवाल, एमडीडीए के अधिशासी अभियंता अतुल गुप्ता, नगर पालिका अधिशासी अधिकारी राजेश नैथानी, नायब तहसीलदार सदर जसपाल सिंह राणा, नायब तहसीलदार मसूरी भौपाल सिंह चौहान, मसूरी कोतवाल डीएस कोहली, वन विभाग के डिप्टी रेंजर जगजीवन लाल मौजूद रहे।
