देहरादून: शासन ने लंबे समय से नर्सिंग भर्ती का इंतजार कर रहे युवाओं को राहत दी है। शासन ने उत्तराखंड अधीनस्थ नर्सिंग (अराजपत्रित) सेवा (संशोधन) नियमावली 2022 जारी कर दी है। इस नियमावली के जारी होने से 1564 पदों पर चयन का रास्ता साफ हो गया है।

प्रदेश में 2011 के बाद नर्सिंग भर्ती नहीं हुई है
नीति में स्पष्ट किया गया है कि रिक्त पदों में से 80 प्रतिशत पदों पर महिला और 20 प्रतिशत पदों पर पुरुष अभ्यर्थियों का चयन किया जाएगा।

रिक्त पदों में से 70 प्रतिशत पद नर्सिंग में डिप्लोमाधारी और 30 प्रतिशत पद नर्सिंग में डिग्रीधारक अभ्यर्थियों में से वर्षवार योग्यताक्रम के आधार पर भरे जाएंगे। प्रदेश में 2011 के बाद नर्सिंग भर्ती नहीं हुई है।

सचिव स्वास्थ्य आर राजेश कुमार द्वारा जारी आदेश के अनुसार यह नीति चयन वर्ष 2022-23 तक प्रभावी रहेगी। इस नीति के अनुसार वर्षवार योग्यताक्रम के अनुसार पदों को आरक्षण रोस्टर के हिसाब से भरा जाएगा।

उत्तराखंड चिकित्सा चयन आयोग द्वारा की जाएगी भर्ती
ये भर्ती उत्तराखंड चिकित्सा चयन आयोग द्वारा की जाएगी। अभ्यर्थियों को डिप्लोमा व डिग्री परीक्षा के लिए समान अंक दिए जाएंगे। दो अभ्यर्थियों के समान अंक होने पर आयु, यानी जिसकी जन्मतिथि पहले होगी उसका नाम योग्यताक्रम में पहले रखा जाएगा।

सचिव स्वास्थ्य डा आर राजेश कुमार ने कहा कि नर्सिंग अधिकारियों के पदों को जल्द से जल्द भरने के प्रयास हो रहे हैं, ताकि मरीजों का और बेहतर इलाज और देखभाल हो सके।

उन्होंने कहा कि नर्सिंग अधिकारियों का चयन होने के बाद मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी और स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डा धन सिंह रावत इन्हें नियुक्ति पत्र सौंपेंगे।
