गोपेश्वर : उत्‍तराखंड के चमोली जिले में स्थित विश्‍व प्रसिद्ध हिल स्‍टेशन औली में नए साल व क्रिसमस के जश्न के लिए होटल हाउसफुल हो गए हैं।

भले ही चीन में फिर से कोरोना ने दस्तक दे दी हो, लेकिन हिल स्टेशन में फिलहाल इसका असर देखने को नहीं मिल रहा है। इसके चलते जोशीमठ के अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्कीइंग केंद्र औली में नए साल और क्रिसमस के लिए तैयारी पूरी हो गई है।

पर्यटन कारोबारियों के चेहरे खिले
गढ़वाल मंडल विकास निगम के प्रबंधक कमल किशोर डिमरी ने बताया कि 25 दिसंबर क्रिसमस और नए साल के पहले दिन के जश्न के लिए पूरी तरह से हाउसफुल हो गया है।

बताया कि औली रिसार्ट में लगभग 50 कमरे क्लाउड एंड हिल में 10 कमरे और ईको रिसार्ट हट्स भी पूरी तरह से भर गए हैं। कहा कि पिछले 10 दिनों में नाममात्र की बुकिंग ही कैंसिल हुई है, लेकिन कैंसिल होते ही नई बुकिंग आ गई है, जिससे पर्यटन कारोबारियों के चेहरे खिले हुए हैं।

रात 10 बजे तक ही बजेगा मालरोड में डीजे
वहीं क्रिसमस और थर्टी फर्स्ट पर नैनीताल में पर्यटकों की भारी भीड़ उमड़ने की संभावना को देखते प्रशासन और पुलिस तैयारियों को अंतिम रूप देने में जुटा है। पर्यटकों की सुरक्षा व यातायात सुचारू रखने को लेकर अतिरिक्त पीएसी और पुलिस फोर्स मंगा लिया गया है। क्रिसमस और थर्टी फर्स्ट पर मालरोड में डीजे रात दस बजे तक ही बजाया जा सकेगा।

होटल व रिसार्ट संचालक नजदीकी थाने अथवा सक्षम अधिकारी से डीजे संचालन की अनुमति ले सकेंगे। पर्यटकों की सुविधा को देखते शहर के पार्किंग स्थलों में वाहन पार्क करने की क्षमता के बोर्ड एंट्री प्वाइंट व सड़क किनारे डिस्प्ले किए जाएंगे। एसपी ने सुगम यातायात व्यवस्था बनाए रखने को आवश्यक इंतजाम करने के निर्देश अधीनस्थों को दिए हैं।

इसे लेकर पुलिस लाइन में एसपी जगदीश चंद्र व एसडीएम राहुल शाह ने पर्यटन कारोबारियों के साथ बैठक की। इस दौरान उन्होंने पुलिस का ट्रैफिक प्लान साझा किया। एसपी ने कहा कि पर्यटकों की सुरक्षा के लिए शहर में अतिरिक्त पुलिस फोर्स तैनात रहेगा। इसके लिए पीएसी और जिले के अन्य थानों से फोर्स मंगा ली गई है। निर्देश दिए कि घोड़ा स्टैंड, बोट स्टैंड, टैक्सी स्टैंड व अन्य पर्यटन स्थलों पर दी जा रही सेवाओं और सुविधाओं की शुल्क सूची अनिवार्य रूप से पर्यटकों से साझा की जाए।

शहर के भीतर पार्किंग स्थल फुल होने के बाद ही पर्यटक वाहनों को एंट्री प्वाइंट पर रोका जाएगा। उन्होंने संचालकों को अपने होटलों में पार्किंग क्षमता की सूची संबंधित थाने में जमा कराने के निर्देश दिए। एसडीएम राहुल शाह ने कहा कि एंट्री प्वाइंट पर मूलभूत सुविधाओं के इंतजाम के निर्देश संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को दे दिए गए हैं। रूसी बाइपास और नारायण नगर में जिला पंचायत और पालिका स्तर से इंतजाम पुख्ता रखे जाएंगे।

होटल रिसार्ट संचालकों को लेनी होगी अनुमति
एसपी ने बताया कि हुड़दंग व नियम उल्लंघन करने वालों के विरुद्ध पुलिस सख्त कार्रवाई करेगी। साथ ही होटल व रिसार्ट संचालकों को डीजे संचालन की अनुमति लेनी होगी। इसके लिए होटल संचालक नजदीकी थाना व सक्षम अधिकारी से सीधे अनुमति ले सकते हैं।

बैठक में लिए गए निर्णय
शहर की पार्किंग क्षमता भरने के बाद रूसी व नारायण नगर में पर्यटक वाहनों को पार्क कर शटल सेवा से शहर पहुंचेंगे पर्यटक।
होटलों में मौजूदा पार्किंग की जानकारी पुलिस को देने के बाद एंट्री प्वाइंट व सड़कों पर लगेंगे पार्किंग क्षमता संबंधित बोर्ड।
डीजे संचालन की अनुमति लेने के बाद ही करें संचालन।
पर्यटक स्थलों व सेवाओं से संबंधित किराया सूची चस्पा की जाए।
मालरोड व अन्य सड़कों पर वाहन पार्क करने पर होगी कार्रवाई।
सड़क पर रेहड़ी, फड़ संचालन पर होगी कार्रवाई।
