देहरादून। गणतंत्र दिवस परेड-2023 के लिए उत्तराखण्ड राज्य की झांकी का अंतिम चयन हो गया है। सूचना विभाग द्वारा मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के मार्गदर्शन के उपरान्त मानसखण्ड पर आधारित झांकी प्रस्तावित की गई थी। भारत सरकार द्वारा अंतिम रुप से इस बार नई दिल्ली कर्त्तव्य पथ पर गणतंत्र दिवस परेड में ‘मानसखण्ड’ की झांकी का प्रदर्शन करने की स्वीकृति पदान की है। यह जानकारी देते हुए सूचना विभाग के महानिदेशक बंशीधर तिवारी ने बताया कि झांकी के अग्र तथा मध्य भाग में कार्बेट नेशनल पार्क में विचरण करते हुए हिरन, बारहसिंघा, घुरल, मोर तथा उत्तराखण्ड में पाये जाने वाली विभिन्न पक्षियों व झांकी के पृष्ठ भाग में प्रसिद्ध जागेश्वर मन्दिर समूह तथा देवदार के वृक्षों को दिखाया जायेगा साथ ही उत्तराखंड की प्रसिद्ध लोक कला ‘ऐपण’ का भी झांकी के मॉडल में समावेश किया गया है। झांकी के साथ उत्तराखण्ड की लोक संस्कृति को प्रदर्शित करने के लिए छोलिया नृत्य का दल सम्मिलित होगा। झांकी का थीम सांग उत्तराखण्ड की लोक संस्कृति पर आधारित होगा।

गौरतलब है कि श्री केदारनाथ व श्री बदरीनाथ की तर्ज पर कुमाऊ के पौराणिक मंदिरों के लिए मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के निर्देश पर मानसखण्ड मंदिर माला मिशन योजना पर काम किया जा रहा है। गणतंत्र दिवस पर कर्तव्य पथ पर मानसखण्ड पर आधारित झांकी का प्रदर्शन होगा। देश विदेश के लोग मानसखण्ड के साथ ही उत्तराखण्ड की लोक संस्कृति से भी परिचित होंगे।

ज्ञातव्य है कि गणतंत्र दिवस की झांकी के लिए लगभग 27 राज्यों ने अपने प्रस्ताव भारत सरकार को प्रेषित किये थे, जिसमें 16 राज्यों का ही अंतिम चयन हुआ है। राष्ट्रीय समारोह के नोडल अधिकारी संयुक्त निदेशक, के.एस. चौहान द्वारा झांकी का डिजाइन, थ्री-डी मॉडल तथा संगीत के संदर्भ में रक्षा मंत्रालय के अधीन गठित विशेषज्ञ समिति के सम्मुख नई दिल्ली में 7 बार प्रस्तुतिकरण करने के उपरान्त उत्तराखण्ड राज्य का अंतिम चयन हुआ है।

उत्तराखण्ड राज्य द्वारा अभी तक गत् वर्षों में 13 झांकियों एवं उत्तराखण्ड की कला एवं संस्कृति का प्रदर्शन कर्त्तव्य पथ पर किया गया है, इनमें वर्ष 2003 में ‘फुलदेई’, वर्ष 2005 में ‘नंदा राजजात’, वर्ष 2006 में ‘फूलों की घाटी’, वर्ष 2007 में ‘कार्बेट नेशनल पार्क’, वर्ष 2009 में ‘साहसिक पर्यटन’, वर्ष 2010 में ‘कुम्भ मेला हरिद्वार’, वर्ष 2014 में ‘जड़ीबूटी’, वर्ष 2015 में ‘केदारनाथ’, वर्ष 2016 में ‘रम्माण’, वर्ष 2019 में ‘अनाशक्ति आश्रम’, वर्ष 2021 में ‘केदारखण्ड’ तथा वर्ष 2022 में ‘प्रगति की ओर बढ़ता उत्तराखण्ड’ सम्मिलित हैं।

झांकी का निर्माण 31 दिसम्बर से सूचना विभाग के संयुक्त निदेशक/नोडल अधिकारी श्री के.एस. चौहान के दिशानिर्देशन में राष्ट्रीय रंगशाला शिविर, नई दिल्ली में किया जायेगा तथा झांकी के साथ उत्तराखण्ड की संस्कृति को प्रदर्शित करने के लिए उत्तराखंड का प्रसिद्ध छोलिया नृत्य का ग्रुप 13जनवरी, 2023 को राष्ट्रीय रंगशाला शिविर, नई दिल्ली के लिए प्रस्थान करेगा।
