मसूरी, नैनीताल, देहरादून, ऋषिकेश, हरिद्वार समेत तमाम स्थलों में अधिकांश होटल फुल हो गए हैं। इसे देखते हुए सरकार ने सुरक्षा के कड़े इंतजाम भी किए हैं।

पर्यटन प्रदेश उत्तराखंड में नव वर्ष का जश्न मनाने बड़ी संख्या में आ रहे पर्यटकों की सुरक्षा के लिए प्रदेश सरकार ने गाइडलाइन जारी की है। मसूरी, नैनीताल, देहरादून, ऋषिकेश, हरिद्वार समेत तमाम स्थलों में अधिकांश होटल फुल हो गए हैं। इसे देखते हुए सरकार ने सुरक्षा के कड़े इंतजाम भी किए हैं। इसके साथ ही आसामाजिक और अराजक तत्वों पर नजर रखने और उनसे सख्ती से निपटने की भी तैयारी है।

जश्न के दौरान सोशल मीडिया पर अफवाह फैलाने वालों पर भी खुफिया एजेंसियों की कड़ी नजर रहेगी। ऐसे तत्वों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई के साथ उन पर मुकदमें दर्ज किए जा सकते हैं। अपर मुख्य सचिव गृह राधा रतूड़ी ने इस संबंध में पुलिस महानिदेशक व सभी एसएसपी और पुलिस अधीक्षक को दिशा-निर्देश दिए हैं।
पुलिस इन दिशा-निर्देशों का कराएगी कड़ाई से पालन
1. शराब, ड्रग्स का सेवन कर वाहन चालकों की जांच व उनके विरुद्घ कठोर कार्रवाई होगी।
2. ऐसे मामलों में दंड के संबंध में फलैक्सी बोर्ड के माध्यम से व्यापक प्रचार प्रसार किया जाएगा।
3. होटल, बार, पब और रेस्टोरेंट में ध्वनि प्रदूषण के संबंध में न्यायालयों के आदेश का पालन करना होगा।
4. मोटरसाइकिल व अन्य वाहनों से स्टंट्स पर नियंत्रण किया जाएगा।
5. पर्यटक स्थलों पर सैलानियों की सुरक्षा के लिए पर्याप्त संख्या में पुलिस बल तैनात होगा।
6. ट्रैफिक के सुचारु रूप से संचालन के लिए सड़कों व चौराहों पर पर्याप्त संख्या में पुलिस बल की तैनाती होगी।
7. सिनेमाघरों व शॉपिंग माल में पर्याप्त संख्या में पुलिस बल तैनात होगा।
8. अग्निशमन सेवा को विशेष रूप से सक्रिय एवं तत्पर रखा जाएगा।
9. अराजक व अवांछित तत्वों के राज्य में प्रवेश को रोकने के लिए सीमाओं पर बैरिकैटिंग की पर्याप्त व्यवस्था होगी।
10. अवांछित तत्वों पर कड़ी नजर रखने के लिए एलआईयू को अलर्ट पर रखा जाएगा।
11. कोविड महामारी के नियंत्रण के लिए केंद्र व राज्य सरकार के दिशा-निर्देशों का पालन कराया जाएगा।
12. सोशल मीडिया पर अराजक तत्वों पर कड़ी नजर होगी। सामाजिक सौहार्द बिगाड़ने वाले पोस्ट को सोशल मीडिया प्रकोष्ठ तत्काल हटाएगा और अराजक तत्वों के विरुद्ध कठोर कार्रवाई करेगा।पर्यटकों के स्वागत के लिए सरकार ने बिछाई लाल कारपेट

प्रदेश सरकार ने नववर्ष के उत्सव के बहाने शीत पर्यटन को प्रोत्साहित करने के उद्देश्य से देश और विदेश के पर्यटकों के स्वागत के लिए लाल कारपेट बिछा दी है। पर्यटकों की सुविधा के लिए होटल-रेस्टोरेंट, ढाबे, चाय और खान-पान की दुकानों को दो जनवरी तक 24 घंटे खोले रखने की छूट दी गई है। इतना ही नहीं चार दिनों तक प्रदेश में शराब की दुकानें और ठेके भी 24 घंटे खोले जा सकेंगे।

वित्त मंत्री प्रेम चंद अग्रवाल ने नव वर्ष के उत्सव में आने वाले पर्यटकों की सुविधा के लिए होटल-रेस्टोरेंट-ढाबों और शराब की दुकानों को 24 घंटे खुला रखने के फैसले के लिए मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी का आभार व्यक्त किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार के इस कदम से पर्यटन कारोबार को फायदा होगा। इसके साथ ही सरकार को जीएसटी भी मिलेगा।
