सुप्रीम कोर्ट की ओर से उत्तराखंड के हल्द्वानी के करीब 50 हजार लोगों को गुरुवार को बड़ी राहत मिली है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने उत्तराखंड हाईकोर्ट के उस फैसले पर रोक लगा दी है, जिसमें रेलवे की जमीन से अतिक्रमण हटाने का आदेश दिया गया था। कोर्ट ने अपनी टिप्पणी में कहा कि रातों-रात 50 हजार लोगों को नहीं उजाड़ा जा सकता है। मामले में अगली सुनवाई अब 7 फरवरी को होगी। वहीं अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले के बाद उत्तराखंड के सीएम पुष्‍कर सिंह धामी का बयान आया है।

सीएम बोले कोर्ट के आदेश के हिसाब से चलेंगे
हल्द्वानी मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट के स्टे के बाद उत्तराखंड सीएम पुष्‍कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि हमने पहले ही कहा था कि यह रेलवे की भूमि है। धामी ने कहा कि हम कोर्ट के आदेश के अनुरूप ही आगे बढ़ेंगे। एएनआई की खबर के अनुसार सीएम धामी ने कहा है कि राज्य सरकार सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के अनुरूप इस मामले में आगे बढ़ेगी।

उत्तराखंड सरकार, रेलवे को नोटिस
उत्तराखंड के फैसले के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की गई थी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने उत्तराखंड सरकार और भारतीय रेलवे को नोटिस जारी कर जवाब मांगा है। वकील लुबना नाज ने बताया कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सुनवाई के दौरान कहा कि उस जमीन पर कोई निर्माण नहीं होगा। पुनर्वास योजना को ध्यान में रखा जाना चाहिए। स्कूल, कॉलेज और अन्य ठोस ढांचे हैं, जिन्हें इस तरह नहीं गिराया जा सकता है।
