हरिद्वार: आज शनिवार को देशभर में मौनी अमावस्या मनाई जा रही है। इस दिन गंगा स्‍नान, पूजन और दान का विशेष महत्‍व माना जाता है। इस साल का यह दूसरा महत्वपूर्ण स्नान पर्व है। इसी क्रम में तड़के से ही हरिद्वार सहित उत्‍तराखंड के अन्‍य गंगा घाटों पर गंगा स्‍नान का दौर जारी रहा।

आसपास के राज्यों से भी बड़ी संख्या में श्रद्धालु गंगा स्नान को पहुंचे
हरिद्वार में हरकी पैड़ी ब्रह्मा कुंड, मालवीय घाट, नाई सोता, कुशावर्त घाट समेत आसपास के गंगा घाटों पर भोर से ही श्रद्धालु आस्था की डुबकी लगाते दिखे। स्थानीय श्रद्धालुओं के अलावा पश्चिमी उत्तरप्रदेश, दिल्ली, हरियाणा और आसपास के राज्यों से भी बड़ी संख्या में श्रद्धालु गंगा स्नान को पहुंचे।

हर-हर गंगे, जय मां गंगे के जयकारों से गुंजायमान हरकी पैड़ी
इस दौरान माहौल देखते ही बन रहा था। हरकी पैड़ी चारों ओर हर-हर गंगे, जय मां गंगे के जयकारों से गुंजायमान हो रही थी। वहीं गंगा स्नान के बाद श्रद्धालु दुग्धाभिषेक, दीपदान कर दान-पुण्य करते दिखे।

30 वर्ष के बाद दुर्लभ संयोग

  • मौनी अमावस्या पर 30 वर्ष के बाद दुर्लभ संयोग बन रहा है।
  • इस दिन मौन व्रत रखकर स्नान करने से हजारों गुना अधिक पुण्य प्राप्त होता है।
  • इस दिन ऋषि मनु का जन्म हुआ था। इसलिए भी इसे मौनी अमावस्या कहा जाता है।
  • मौनी अमावस्या पर 30 वर्ष के बाद पड़ रहा दुर्लभ संयोग दान, धर्म और गंगा स्नान के अलावा शनि से पीड़ित व्यक्तियों के लिए खास होगा।
  • शनि के कुंभ राशि में गोचर करने से खप्पर योग रहेगा।
  • गंगा स्नान के बाद इस दिन गर्म वस्त्र, कंबल, तेल आदि का दान बहुत ही पुण्यकारक माना जाता है।
  • इस दिन पितरों के निमित्त दान, पिंड दान, भोजन, तर्पण आदि करने से पितरों को मुक्ति प्राप्त होती है।
  • साथ ही कुंडली में बन रहे पितृदोष दूर होते हैं।

श्री गंगा सभा की ओर से किए गए सुरक्षा समेत अन्य इंतजाम
हरिद्वार के मंदिरों में पूजा – अर्चना को भी श्रद्धालुओं की भीड़ दिखाई दी। गंगा स्नान को लेकर हरकी पैड़ी की प्रबंधकारिणी संस्था श्री गंगा सभा की ओर से भी सुरक्षा समेत अन्य इंतजाम किए गए हैं।
