जोशीमठ में भू-धंसाव के बाद राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर आईं दरारों के कारण अप्रैल में शुरू होने वाली बदरीनाथ यात्रा को लेकर सरकार असमंजस की स्थिति में है। ऐसे में तकनीकी संस्थाओं की फाइनल रिपोर्ट का बेताबी से इंतजार हो रहा है। ताकि रिपोर्ट के नेगेटिव आने की स्थितियों में दूसरे विकल्पों पर विचार हो सके।

बदरीनाथ राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर भी कई जगह दरारें आई हैं। बीते वर्ष करीब साढ़े 17 लाख तीर्थयात्री लाखों वाहनों से इसी मार्ग से गुजरे थे। वर्तमान स्थिति में यह मार्ग इतना भार नहीं झेल पाएगा। हालांकि इस संबंध में अभी तक कोई आधिकारिक रिपोर्ट सामने नहीं आई है। वहीं, सरकार ने साफ किया है कि यात्रा पुराने रूट जोशीमठ से ही होगी। सरकार ने भरोसा दिया है कि यात्रियों की सुरक्षा की पूरी जिम्मेदारी शासन-प्रशासन की होगी। ब्यूरो

तीन से चार हफ्ते में आ जाएगी रिपोर्ट
सचिवालय स्थित मीडिया सेंटर में पत्रकारवार्ता में सचिव आपदा प्रबंधन डॉ.रंजीत सिन्हा ने कहा कि बदरीनाथ हाईवे पर भी कुछ स्थानों पर दरारें आई हैं, पर अच्छी बात यह है कि उनमें बढ़ोतरी नहीं हो रही है। मार्ग पूरी तरह धंसने की आशंका के सवाल पर उन्होंने कहा कि इस बारे में तकनीकी संस्थाओं की फाइनल रिपोर्ट का इंतजार हो रहा है। रिपोर्ट सही नहीं आने पर दूसरे विकल्पों पर विचार किया जाएगा। तीन से चार सप्ताह में रिपोर्ट आ जाएगी।

विंटर गेम्स स्थगित नहीं
डॉ.सिन्हा ने कहा कि औली में होने वाले विंटर गेम्स स्थगित नहीं किए गए हैं। विंटर गेम्स होंगे या नहीं, इस पर पर्यटन विभाग फैसला लेगा। फिलहाल पर्यटन विभाग की भी तकनीकी संस्थाओं की रिपोर्ट का इंतजार कर रहा है।नया बाईपास भी विकल्प नहीं
जोशीमठ की तलहटी में निर्माणाधीन हेलंग-मारवाड़ी बाईपास बदरीनाथ यात्रा का एक विकल्प हो सकता था, लेकिन फिलहाल इसका काम रुका हुआ है। डॉ.सिन्हा ने कहा कि अगर इस मार्ग पर आज भी काम शुरू हो जाता है, तब भी इसे बनने में दो से ढाई वर्ष लगेंगे। इसलिए इसे विकल्प के तौर पर नहीं देखा जा सकता।..तो भराड़ीसैंण शिफ्ट किए जाएंगे लोेग
सचिव आपदा प्रबंधन ने कहा कि जरूरत पड़ने पर भराड़ीसैंण विधानसभा के एमएलए और ऑफिसर्श हॉस्टलों में विस्थापितों के रहने की व्यवस्था का विकल्प खुला रखा गया है। यहां करीब 150 से 200 परिवारों को शिफ्ट किया जा सकता है।
