राजधानी दून के साथ ही उत्तरकाशी, चमोली, पिथौरागढ़, में अगल चौबीस घंटे में कही कहीं भारी बारिश के साथ ही ऊंचाई वाले इलाकों में बर्फबारी के आसार है। मौसम विज्ञानियों के मुताबिक राज्य में पश्चिमी विक्षोभ के सक्रिय होने के चलते जहां देहरादून, उत्तरकाशी, चमोली, पिथौरागढ़ में अगले चौबीस घंटे में भारी बारिश के साथ ही बर्फबारी की पूरी संभावना है।

वहीं देहरादून, टिहरी, पौड़ी, नैनीताल, चंपावत, ऊधमसिंहनगर, हरिद्वार में भी कही कहीं बारिश के साथ ओलावृष्टि और बिजली गिरने की भी पूरी संभावना है। भारी बारिश व बर्फबारी के मद्देनजर मौसम विभाग की ओर से येलो अलर्ट जारी करने के साथ ही सरकार, शासन और जिला प्रशासन के अधिकारियों को अलर्ट रहने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

मौसम विज्ञान केंद्र के निदेशक विक्रम सिंह के मुताबिक एक बार फिर पूरे राज्य में पश्चिमी विक्षोभ के सक्रिय होने के चलते देहरादून , उत्तरकाशी, चमोली, पिथौरागढ़ में अगले कहीं कहीं भारी बारिश के साथ ही बर्फबारी की संभावना है। जबकि देहरादून, टिहरी, पौड़ी, नैनीताल, चंपावत, ऊधमसिंहनगर, हरिद्वार में भी कही कहीं बारिश के साथ ओलावृष्टि और आकाशीय बिजली गिरने की भी संभावना है।

अधिकारियों को सतर्क रहने की जरूरत
उच्च हिमालई क्षेत्रों में बारिश के साथ ही बर्फबारी होने से मैदान से लेकर पहाड़ तक शीतलहर की पूरी संभावना है। मौसम वैज्ञानिक विक्रम सिंह के मुताबिक पर्वतीय इलाकों में भारी बारिश, बर्फबारी के चलते भूस्खलन , हिमस्खलन की भी पूरी संभावना है ऐसे में सरकार, शासन, जिला प्रशासन के अधिकारियों को सतर्क रहने की जरूरत है।

दूसरी ओर मौसम के बदले मिजाज के चलते पवतीय इलाकों के साथ मैदानी इलाकों में भी बारिश देखने को मिली। मौसम विभाग की ओर से जारी रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक सतपुली में 12.5 मिमी, कोटद्वार में 4.5 मिमी, थैलीसैंण में 4.5 मिमीी, लैंसडोन में 3.5 मिमी, देहरादून के रायवाला में 3.5 मिमी बारिश रिकार्ड की गई।
