जोशीमठ भू-धंसाव के अध्ययन, समाधान को लेकर राष्ट्रीय आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण  की बैठक चार फरवरी को दिल्ली में होने जा रही है। इस बैठक में वर्चुअल माध्यम से प्रदेश के मुख्य सचिव डॉ. एसएस संधू, सचिव आपदा प्रबंधन डॉ. रंजीत सिन्हा के अलावा जोशीमठ का अध्ययन कर रहे वैज्ञानिकों के प्रतिनिधि भी शामिल होंगे।

एनडीएमए की ओर से जोशीमठ में हो रहे भूधंसाव की हर पहलू से बारीकी से अध्ययन करने के लिए आठ संस्थानों सेंट्रल बिल्डिंग रिसर्च इंस्टीट्यूट (सीबीआरआई), रुड़की, वाडिया इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ हिमालयन जियोलॉजी (डब्ल्यूआईएचजी), देहरादून, इंडियन इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ टेक्नोलॉजी (आईआईटी), रुड़की, नेशनल जियोफिजिकल रिसर्च इंस्टीट्यूट (एनजीआरआई) हैदराबाद, नेशनल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ हाइड्रोलॉजी (एनआईएच), रुड़की, जियोलॉजिकल सर्वे ऑफ इंडिया (जीएसआई), देहरादून, सेंट्रल ग्राउंड वाटर बोर्ड (सीजीडब्ल्यूबी), देहरादून, इंडियन इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ रिमोट सेंसिंग (आईआईआरएस), देहरादून को जिम्मेदारी सौंपी हुई है। इन संस्थानों ने अपनी प्राथमिक रिपोर्ट एनडीएमए को सौंप दी थी। अब जोशीमठ भू-धंसाव के कारणों, निवारण को लेकर एनडीएमए ने चार फरवरी को बैठक बुलाई है, जिसमें इन सभी संस्थानों के प्रतिनिधि वैज्ञानिक भी शामिल होंगे।

सूत्रों के मुताबिक, बैठक में जोशीमठ आपदा प्रभावितों के पुनर्वास को बनाए गए तीन विकल्पों पर अहम चर्चा हो सकती है। वहीं, जोशीमठ भू-धंसाव पर आई रिपोर्ट पर भी चर्चा होने की संभावना है। उधर, राज्य के अधिकारियों का कहना है कि इस महीने के अंत तक जोशीमठ पर वैज्ञानिकों की विस्तृत रिपोर्ट एनडीएमए के माध्यम से राज्य को मिल सकती है।
