सरकार शिक्षा विभाग में समग्र शिक्षा के तहत सीआरपी, बीआरपी की आउटसोर्स से नियुक्ति करने जा रही है। 950 पदों के लिए होने वाली नियुक्तियों के लिए 10 फरवरी की कैबिनेट में प्रस्ताव लाने की तैयारी की जा रही है। प्रदेश में सीआरपी, बीआरपी के पदों पर नियुक्तियों को लेकर पिछले काफी समय से असमंजस की स्थिति बनी है।

शिक्षा विभाग की ओर से कार्मिक को इसका प्रस्ताव भेजा गया था, लेकिन कार्मिक विभाग की ओर से सेवारत शिक्षकों से ही इनका काम लिए जाने को कहा गया था। जबकि शिक्षा विभाग सेवारत शिक्षकों की इन पदों पर तैनाती के पक्ष में नहीं था। विभाग का कहना था यदि सेवारत शिक्षकों से इस काम को लिया गया तो संबंधित स्कूल के छात्र-छात्राओं की पढ़ाई पर असर पड़ेगा।

विभाग में पहले ही शिक्षकों की कमी है। इससे 950 शिक्षक और कम हो जाएंगे। इस प्रकरण में अब सरकार की ओर से स्पष्ट कर दिया गया है कि सीआरपी, बीआरपी आउटसोर्स से ही रखे जाएंगे। शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ.धन सिंह रावत के मुताबिक इनकी आउटसोर्स से नियुक्ति के लिए 10 फरवरी की कैबिनेट में प्रस्ताव लाया जाएगा।
