बेरोजगार संघ के प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने आज शनिवार सुबह सीएम पुष्कर सिंह धामी से वार्ता की। सीएम ने बताया कि वार्ता सकारात्मक रही। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी सरकार निष्पक्ष, नक़ल विहीन और पारदर्शी परीक्षा कराने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। देश का सबसे कड़ा नक़ल विरोधी क़ानून उत्तराखंड राज्य में लागू हो गया है। कल होने वाली पटवारी/लेखपाल  भर्ती परीक्षा को शांति पूर्ण,निष्पक्ष और नकल विहीन कराने के लिए समस्त तैयारियाँ पूर्ण कर ली गई हैं।

बेरोजगार संघ के प्रतिनिधियों ने भी राज्य में सख्त नकल विरोधी अध्यादेश लागू किए जाने पर मुख्यमंत्री का आभार व्यक्त किया। भर्ती परीक्षाओं के लिए कैलेंडर जारी किए जाने की पहल की भी उन्होंने सराहना की। सीएम ने बताया कि अभ्यर्थियों को परीक्षा केंद्र तक आने-जाने के लिए नि:शुल्क परिवहन की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई गई है। कल की परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने वाले सभी अभ्यर्थियों के उज्वल भविष्य के लिए मेरी हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं। दूसरी तरफ बेरोजगारों पर लाठीचार्ज के खिलाफ कांग्रेसियों ने पुलिस मुख्यालय कूच किया। सेंट जोजफ तिराहे पर पुलिस ने कांग्रेसियों को रोका।

12 फरवरी को होने जा रही पटवारी-लेखपाल परीक्षा व अन्य सभी भर्ती परीक्षाएं नए कानून के तहत ही आयोजित होंगी। देर शाम सरकार ने जारी बयान में कहा कि बेरोजगार संघ की मांगों पर सहमति बन गई है। सरकार ने कहा सीबीआई जांच की मांग को उत्तराखंड हाईकोर्ट अस्वीकार कर चुका है।

 

हाईकोर्ट कह चुका है कि जांच सही दिशा में चल रही है, इसलिए इस प्रकरण की सीबीआई जांच नहीं कराई जा सकती। कहा गया कि आंदोलनकारी युवाओं की मांग थी कि पटवारी भर्ती का प्रश्नपत्र बदला जाए। आयोग पहले ही पुराने प्रश्नपत्र रद्द कर नए प्रश्नपत्र तैयार कर चुका है। नकलरोधी कानून भी लागू हो गया है और परीक्षा नियंत्रक को भी हटाया जा चुका है। इसलिए अब आंदोलन का कोई औचित्य नहीं।
