रुड़की की पटाखा फैक्टरी में आग

रुड़की की जिस गली में पटाखा फैक्टरी चल रही थी वो केवल छह फुट चौड़ी है जबकि गली में घनी आबादी बसी हुई है। चार लोगों की जान जाने के बाद सामने आया कि फैक्टरी अवैध रूप से चल रही थी। इस गली में गुलाल की बिक्री की आड़ में मौत का सामान तैयार किया जा रहा था। आसपास के कुछ लोगों को ही छोड़कर फैक्टरी की जानकारी थी। बाहरी किसी व्यक्ति को भनक तक नहीं थी। सूत्रों का कहना है कि फैक्टरी का किसी को पता न चले इसलिए कारोबारी सिर्फ जानकारों को ही पटाखे बेचता था।

सोमवार सुबह जिस समय हादसा हुआ, उस समय किसी को यह जानकारी नहीं थी कि पटाखा फैक्टरी में आग लगी है। सभी को यही जानकारी थी कि आग रंगों, पतंग और मांझे के गोदाम में लगी है। लोग यही अनुमान लगा रहे थे कि ऐसा हो सकता है गोदाम में सिलिंडर रखे होंगे और उनमें आग लगे के साथ ही धमाके हो रहे हैं।

जब पुलिस और फायर ब्रिगेड की टीम मौके पर पहुंची तो पता चला कि यहां पर पटाखे तैयार किए जाते हैं। इसकी कोई एनओसी फायर ब्रिगेड से नहीं ली गई थी। वहीं, सूत्रों का कहना है कि कारोबारी अवैध फैक्टरी से जानकारों को ही पटाखे सप्लाई करता था और वेस्ट यूपी के सहारनपुर समेत अन्य जिलों से पटाखे बनाने का कच्चा माल मंगवाता था। उधर, पुलिस और फायर ब्रिगेड की टीम मामले में बारीकी से जांच कर रही है।

वहीं, शहर के बीचोंबीच 20 साल से अवैध फैक्टरी चल रही थी लेकिन जिम्मेदारों को खबर तक नहीं लगी। हादसा हुआ तो जिम्मेदार जागे और अब जांच कर करने की बात कहकर पल्ला झाड़ रहे हैं। बताया जा रहा है कि इस फैक्टरी में काम करने वाले अधिकर नाबालिग और गरीब परिवार के होते थे।

कारोबारी ने फैक्टरी में काम करने वालों को सख्त हिदायत दे रखी थी कि वह इस काम के बारे में किसी को नहीं बताएंगे। किसी को बताया तो उन्हें काम से बाहर निकाल दिया जाएगा। इसके डर से कोई भी मुंह नहीं खोलता था।

सूत्रों का कहना है कि शहर के बीच में चल रहे इस अवैध कारोबार की कुछ सरकारी नुमाइंदों को जानकारी थी। अब जबकि इतना बड़ा हादसा हुआ है तो पुलिस, प्रशासन और फायर ब्रिगेड की जानकारी नहीं होने से पल्ला झाड़ रहे हैं। पूरे मामले की बारीकी से जांच करने के दावे किए जा रहे हैं लेकिन सवाल यह उठ रहा है कि इतनी बड़ी चूक की जिम्मेदारी कौन लेगा और किस पर कार्रवाई होगी।
