देहरादून। तीन कारोबारियों ने फर्जी फर्म कंपनियां बनाकर उत्तराखंड सरकार को 24 करोड़ रूपये का चूना लगा दिया। इनमें से एक कंपनी ने आठ माह के दरम्यान 129 करोड़ रूपये का टर्नओवर दर्शाया था। दो अन्य फर्म भी फर्जी पाई गई। केंद्रीय वस्तु एवं सेवा कर ‘‘सीजीएसटी’’ने जब जांच की तो पता चला कि जिन पतों पर ये कंपनियां दर्शाई गई थीं, वहां कोई और रहता है। दन नामों की कोई कंपनियां वास्तव में हैं ही नहीं।

इस मामले में सहायक आयुक्त सीजीएसटी की शिकायत पर तीनों के खिलाफ धोखाधड़ी और जालसाजी का मुकदमा दर्ज करा दिया गया। एसपी क्राइम सर्वेश पंवार ने बताया कि सहायक आयुक्त सीजीएसटी ज्योति बर्मन की तरफ से तहरीर मिली। उन्होंने पुलिस को बताया कि संजय ठाकुर ने अपनी फर्म मैसर्स ठाकुर ट्रेडर्स को 21 अप्रैल 2022 को जीएसटी में पंजीकृत कराया था।

यह फर्म लोहे के कबाड़ का कारोबार करने वाली बताई गई थी। पिछले दिनों जब कंपनी की ओर से इनकम टैक्स क्रेडिट ‘‘आईटीसी’’ के लिए क्लेम किया गया तो मामला सामने आया। पला चला कि आठ माह के भीतर कंपनी का टर्नओवर करीब 120 करोड़ रूपये है। कंपनी की जब जांच की गई तो इसके पते इंदिरा काॅलोनी नेशविला रोड पर सम्यापन किया गया।

पता चला किय यहां कोई कंपनी नहीं है। यह घर किसी और व्यक्ति का था। मैसर्स टाकुर ट्रेडर्स ने ज्यादातर लेनदेन शाहरूख मोहम्मद की कंपनी मैसर्स एमरात इंटरप्राइजेज चुक्खूवाला बकरालवाला रोड और सुनील कुमार की कंपनी मैसर्स एसके ट्रेडर्स से किया। इन दोनों के पतों पर तस्दीक की गई तो यहां भी कोई और रहता हुआ मिला।

सीजीएसटी ने जांच में पाया कि इस कारोबार से सरकार को कुल 24 करोड़ रूपये की हानि हुई। इस मामले में आगे की जांच सीजीएसटी कर रही है। फर्जीवाड़े और धोखधड़ी से फर्म पंजीकरण के आरोप में संजय, शाहरूख और सुनील कुमार के खिलाफ शहर कोतवाली में मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया गया है। पुलिस साक्ष्य जुटाकर आरोपियों का पला लगाने की कोशिश कर रही है।
