सिपाही पर हमला करने के तीन आरोपियों को कोर्ट से अंतरिम जमानत मिल गई है। नौ मार्च तक के लिए यह जमानत मंजूर की गई है। इस दरम्यान यदि पुलिस तीनों को हिरासत में लेगी तो उन्हें 20 हजार रुपये के निजी मुचलके और एक-एक जमानती पेश करने पर रिहा करना होगा। इस बाबत प्रभारी जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश की ओर से पुलिस को नोटिस भी जारी कर दिया गया है।

गौरतलब है कि 26 फरवरी की अलसुबह अवैध खनन की शिकायत पर गए सिपाही मनोज कुमार पर खनन माफिया ने ट्रैक्टर चढ़ा दिया था। सिपाही बुरी तरह से घायल हो गया था। इस मामले में पुलिस ने चार आरोपियों वसीम, सलीम, असेलान और सोहेल के खिलाफ जानलेवा हमले और जान से मारने की धमकी देने का मुकदमा दर्ज किया था। पुलिस ने इनमें से ट्रैक्टर चलाने वाले सलीम को गिरफ्तार कर लिया था। जबकि, अन्य तीनों की गिरफ्तारी के लिए दबिश दी जा रही थी। इसी बीच वसीम, असेलान और सोहेल ने अंतरिम जमानत के लिए कोर्ट में अर्जी दे दी।

तीनों आरोपियों के अधिवक्ता केपी सिंह ने कोर्ट को बताया कि ये तीनों जानलेवा हमले के आरोपी नहीं हैं। इन पर केवल आईपीसी की धारा 279 का अपराध बनता है। यानी किसी वाहन को लापरवाही से सार्वजनिक मार्ग पर चलाना, जिससे दूसरे की जान को खतरा हो सकता है। ट्रैक्टर सलीम चला रहा था। चार लोग मिलकर ट्रैक्टर नहीं चला सकते हैं। ऐसे में यह अपराध जमानती अपराध है तो इसमें तीनों को अंतरिम जमानत दे दी जाए। अधिवक्ता के तर्कों को सुनने के बाद प्रभारी जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश बृजेंद्र सिंह की अदालत ने नौ मार्च तक के लिए तीनों की अंतरिम जमानत मंजूर कर दी। हालांकि, शर्त है कि ये तीनों विवेचना अधिकारी के बुलाने पर हाजिर होंगे। साथ ही किसी भी सूरत में देश नहीं छोड़ेंगे।

डीजीपी अशोक कुमार ने बताया कि सिपाही पर हमला बेहद गंभीर अपराध है। चारों आरोपियों के खिलाफ जल्द ही गैंगस्टर में कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इसके साथ ही एसएसपी को आदेश दिए गए हैं कि सभी जगहों पर अवैध खनन और ओवरलोडिंग के खिलाफ अभियान तेज किया जाए।
