एलपीजी की कीमतों में बढ़ोतरी का विरोध

घरेलू एवं कमर्शियल गैस सिलिंडर के दामों में हुई बढ़ोतरी के खिलाफ कांग्रेस ने बृहस्पतिवार को बुद्ध पार्क में प्रदर्शन किया। कांग्रेस की महिला कार्यकर्ताओं ने चूल्हे पर आलू उबाले और गैस सिलिंडर को सिर पर उठा कर विरोध जताया। इसके साथ ही केंद्र सरकार का पुतला भी फूंका गया। मौके पर मौजूद विधायक सुमित्र ह्देश ने भी सिलिंडर को सिर पर उठाकर विरोध किया।

विधायक सुमित्र ह्देश ने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार लगातार महंगाई बढ़ाकर आम आदमी का जीना मुश्किल कर रही है। सरकार को गैस सिलिंडर के दामों में हुई बढ़ोतरी को वापस लेना चाहिए। पेट्रोलियम कंपनियों ने होली से पहले रसोई गैस सिलिंडर की कीमतों में इजाफा कर आम आदमी को बड़ा झटका दिया है।

कंपनियों ने घरेलू गैस के साथ ही व्यावसायिक गैस सिलिंडर की कीमतों में भी बढ़ोतरी की है। राजधानी दून में घरेलू गैस की कीमतों में 50 रुपये का इजाफा हुआ है। पहले यहां सिलिंडर 1072 रुपये में मिलता था, लेकिन बढ़ोतरी के बाद कीमत 1122 हो गई है।

वहीं, पांच किलो वाले गैस सिलिंडर में 51 रुपये की बढ़ोतरी की गई है। पहले पांच किलो का सिलिंडर 521 रुपये में मिलता था लेकिन अब यह 572 रुपये में मिलेगा। 10 किलो के सिलिंडर में 35 रुपये की बढ़ोतरी की गई है। पहले इसकी कीमत 764 रुपये थी लेकिन अब यह 799 रुपये में मिलेगा। इसके अलावा व्यावसायिक गैस के दाम में भी 350 रुपये की भारी बढ़ोतरी की गई है। अभी तक व्यावसायिक गैस सिलिंडर की कीमत दून में 1812 रुपये थी। बढ़ोतरी के बाद यह अब 2162 रुपये में मिलेगा। उत्तराखंड एलपीजी डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर्स एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष चमन लाल ने बताया कि यह कीमतें बुधवार से लागू हो गई हैं।
