पिथौरागढ़ : सेना भर्ती को सुव्यवस्थित, अभ्यर्थियों के लिए सुगम व वर्तमान तकनीकी प्रणाली के अनुकूल बनाने के लिए महत्वपूर्ण बदलाव किया गया है। इसी क्रम में भर्ती प्रक्रिया अब तीन चरणों में होगी।

यह होगी प्रकिया
पहला चरण सामान्य प्रवेश परीक्षा का होगा, दूसरा भर्ती रैली के लिए अलग-अलग स्थानों पर बुलाया जाएगा और तीसरा चरण चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को रैली स्थल पर ही स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण से गुजरना होगा। यह जानकारी पिथौरागढ़ के एआरओ में भर्ती निदेशक कर्नल अमिय त्रिपाठी ने पत्रकारों से वार्ता में दी।

उन्होंने कहा कि सेना जूनियर कमीशंड अफसर (जीसीओ) व अन्य के पहले चरण के लिए इच्छुक सभी अभ्यर्थियों को डब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यू डाट ज्वाइनइंडियनआर्मी डाट निक डाट इन (जेआइए वेबसाइट) पर आनलाइन पंजीकरण कर आनलाइन ही आवेदन पत्र जमा करना है।

शुल्क का 50 प्रतिशत हिस्सा भारतीय सेना वहन करेगी
इसके बाद एक सामान्य प्रवेश परीक्षा में भाग लेना है, जो पूरे देश में 176 स्थानों पर एक साथ होगी। पंजीकरण के समय पांच परीक्षा केंद्र चुनने का विकल्प होगा। आनलाइन प्रवेश परीक्षा के लिए प्रति अभ्यर्थी शुल्क पांच सौ रुपये तय किया गया है। शुल्क का 50 प्रतिशत हिस्सा भारतीय सेना वहन करेगी। अभ्यर्थी को 250 रुपये संबंधित बैंक शुल्क ही भरना होगा।

अभ्यर्थियों का पंजीकरण तभी माना जाएगा जब शुल्क का भुगतान होगा और अनुक्रंमाक नंबर मिलेगा। यही अनुक्रमांक नंबर भर्ती रैली की सभी प्रक्रिया में इस्तेमाल होगा। अभ्यर्थियों की मदद के लिए सेना ने पूरी प्रक्रिया वीडियो के माध्यम से ज्वाइन इंडियन आर्मी वेबसाइट और यूट्यूब पर उपलब्ध करा दी है।

नई भर्ती प्रकिया के तहत कामन एंट्रेंस एग्जामिनेशन (सीईई) में प्रदर्शन के अनुसार अभ्यर्थियों का चयन होगा। चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को भर्ती रैली के लिए निर्धारित स्थल पर बुलाया जाएगा।

रैली की प्रक्रिया में कोई तब्दीली नहीं की गई है। अंतिम योग्यता सूची आनलाइन प्रवेश परीक्षा और शारीरिक परीक्षण के अंक को जोड़कर बनाई जाएगी। उन्होंने बताया कि अभ्यर्थी को किसी तरह की जानकारी लेनी हो तो वह 05964297850 पर फोन कर स्थिति स्पष्ट कर सकते हैं।

भर्ती रैली के दौरान भीड़ पर लगेगा नियंत्रण
भर्ती रैली के दौरान जो भारी भीड़ देखी जाती थी वह अब काफी हद तक कम की जाएगी। इससे सेना और प्रशासन को भी व्यवस्था में पहले जैसी भारी कसरत नहीं करनी पड़ेगी।

भर्ती निदेशक कर्नल त्रिपाठी ने बताया कि आनलाइन पंजीकरण की प्रक्रिया 16 फरवरी से 15 मार्च तक खुली है। अभ्यर्थी पंजीकरण करने के लिए अपना आधार कार्ड या 10वीं के प्रमाण पत्र का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं। सीईई के लिए पिथौरागढ़ भी केंद्र होगा।
