पेपर लीक प्रकरण के बाद आखिरकार उत्तराखंड लोक सेवा आयोग ने सम्मिलित राज्य कनिष्ठ अभियंता सेवा परीक्षा-2021 को रद्द कर दिया है। अब इस भर्ती के लिए नए सिरे से विज्ञापन अप्रैल में जारी होगा, जिसमें इंटरव्यू नहीं होंगे। वहीं, पुरानी भर्ती के अभ्यर्थियों को नई भर्ती में आवेदन शुल्क में छूट के साथ ही अधिकतम आयु सीमा में छूट देने का प्रस्ताव है।

उत्तराखंड लोक सेवा आयोग ने 25 नवंबर 2021 को 776 पदों के लिए जेई भर्ती परीक्षा का विज्ञापन जारी किया था, जिसके लिए 26 नवंबर से 17 दिसंबर तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन हुए थे। 7 से 10 मई 2022 के बीच इस भर्ती की लिखित परीक्षा हुई थी। इसमें करीब 31 हजार अभ्यर्थी शामिल हुए थे। इसका परिणाम 31 अगस्त 2022 को जारी किया गया था।

इसके बाद आयोग ने इंटरव्यू शुरू कर दिए थे, कृषि और मैकेनिकल के पदों पर इंटरव्यू हो भी चुके थे। इस बीच इस साल 8 जनवरी को राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग की पटवारी-लेखपाल भर्ती का पेपर लीक हो गया। इस परीक्षा को आयोग ने तत्काल रद्द कर दिया था। पेपर लीक में पकड़े गए आयोग के अनुभाग अधिकारी संजीव चतुर्वेदी ने जेई भर्ती परीक्षा के पेपर लीक की भी जानकारी दी थी। 

सूची में जारी किए गए थे 49 अभ्यर्थियों के नाम

मामले में एसआईटी ने जांच शुरू की। जांच के बाद पुलिस ने पेपर लीक में शामिल अभ्यर्थियों की सूची आयोग को उपलब्ध कराई। बीती 10 फरवरी को आयोग ने इस सूची को वेबसाइट पर जारी किया था, जिसमें पटवारी लेखपाल भर्ती के 44 और जेई भर्ती के 12 अभ्यर्थी शामिल थे। इसके बाद तीन मार्च को पुलिस से मिली एक और सूची में 49 अभ्यर्थियों के नाम जारी किए गए थे, जो कि जेई भर्ती के पेपर लीक के आरोपी थे।

आयोग ने इन्हें भी कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी कर दिए थे। बावजूद इसके आयोग इस परीक्षा पर कोई निर्णय नहीं ले पा रहा था, जिसकी खबर शुक्रवार के अंक में अमर उजाला ने एई-जेई भर्ती पर निर्णय नहीं ले पाया आयोग शीर्षक से प्रकाशित की थी। शुक्रवार को ही आयोग ने इस परीक्षा को रद्द कर दिया।

अप्रैल के दूसरे सप्ताह में विज्ञापन, अगस्त में परीक्षा
आयोग के प्रभारी सचिव अवधेश कुमार सिंह की ओर से जारी सूचना के मुताबिक, आयोग अब अप्रैल के दूसरे सप्ताह में सम्मिलित राज्य कनिष्ठ अभियंता सेवा परीक्षा का नया विज्ञापन जारी करेगा। चूंकि राज्य सरकार अब इस पद पर इंटरव्यू की व्यवस्था को खत्म कर चुकी है, लिहाजा दोबारा भर्ती में अब केवल लिखित परीक्षा ही होगी। इस भर्ती की परीक्षा अगस्त के अंतिम सप्ताह में कराने की योजना है।

पुराने अभ्यर्थियों को शुल्क व आयुसीमा में छूट
राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग ने नए विज्ञापन के तहत आवेदन करने वाले पुराने अभ्यर्थियों को आवेदन शुल्क में छूट व अधिकतम आयु सीमा में राहत का प्रस्ताव पास कर शासन को भेज दिया है। अब शासन को ही इस पर कोई निर्णय लेना है।

बढ़ सकती है पदों की संख्या
आयोग ने 2021 की जो विज्ञप्ति जारी की थी, उसमें जेई भर्ती के लिए 776 पद थे। इस बीच शासन से इन पदों के लिए कई और प्रस्ताव आयोग को मिल चुके हैं। लिहाजा, नई विज्ञप्ति में सभी पदों को शामिल किया जाएगा। इससे अभ्यर्थियों के लिए ज्यादा पदों पर भर्ती का मौका मिलेगा।
