चारधाम यात्रा में गुप्तकाशी से केदारनाथ हेली सेवा का किराया 10 रुपये सस्ता हुआ है। पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में गुप्तकाशी से हेली सेवा के आने-जाने का किराया कम हुआ है। इस बार हेली सेवा से यात्रा करने वाले यात्रियों को दोनों तरफ का किराया 7740 रुपये देना पड़ेगा। जबकि फाटा से 780 रुपये और सिरसी से हेली सेवा के किराये में 818 रुपये की बढ़ोतरी हुई है।

उत्तराखंड नागरिक उड्डयन विकास प्राधिकरण (यूकाडा) ने गुप्तकाशी से केदारनाथ हेली सेवा के टेंडर खोले। इसमें ट्रांस भारत और आर्यन एविएशन ने टेंडर भरा था। हेली सेवा के किराये को नियंत्रित करने के लिए सरकार ने टेंडर में ऊपरी सीमा निर्धारित की थी। जिसमें हेली कंपनियों अपनी मनमर्जी से किराया न बढ़ा सके। हेली कंपनियों ने किराये के लिए ऊपरी सीमा तय करने पर टेंडर में आवेदन नहीं किया था। गुप्तकाशी के लिए पहले एक ही कंपनी ने टेंडर भरा। जिससे यूकाडा ने दोबारा से आवेदन मांगे। शुक्रवार को टेंडर खोले गए। जिसमें गुप्तकाशी से केदारनाथ हेली सेवा का किराया 7740 रुपये तय किया गया।

यूकाडा के सीईओ सी. रविशंकर ने बताया कि गुप्तकाशी से केदारनाथ के लिए हेली सेवा के टेंडर में एल-1 में आने-जाने का किराया 7740 रुपये प्रति यात्री मिला है। अब तक फाटा, सिरसी और गुप्तकाशी से हेली सेवा के छह रूटों का आवंटन किया गया है। तीन रूटों पर कंपनियों से 27 मार्च तक दोबारा टेंडर मांगे गए हैं।

आईआरसीटीसी ने बुकिंग के लिए लांच की वेबसाइट
केदारनाथ हेली सेवा के टिकटों की बुकिंग के लिए आईआरसीटीसी ने वेबसाइट लांच कर दी है। इसके लिए heliyatra.irctc.co.in का ट्रायल चल रहा है। हालांकि अभी हेली सेवा के टिकटों की बुकिंग शुरू नहीं हुई है। अप्रैल के पहले सप्ताह तक टिकटों की बुकिंग शुरू हो जाएगी।

हेलीपैड व टिकट काउंटर क्षेत्र होंगे हैक प्रूफ’
केदारनाथ में हेली टिकट के नाम पर धोखाधड़ी रोकने के पुख्ता इंतजाम किए जाएंगे। हेली टिकट के नाम पर ठगी करने वालों से बचाव के लिए हेलीपैड क्षेत्र व टिकट काउंटर क्षेत्र को हैक प्रूफ किया जाएगा। इसके तहत सिर्फ अधिकारिक तौर पर स्वीकृति वेबसाइट से ही टिकट की बुकिंग की जा सकेगी जबकि अन्य वेबसाइट यहां काम नहीं करेंगी। यह बातें रुद्रप्रयाग पहुंचे पुलिस महानिरीक्षक गढ़वाल परिक्षेत्र करन सिंह नगन्याल ने कहीं।

शुक्रवार को पुलिस महानिरीक्षक गढ़वाल केएस नगन्याल ने रुद्रप्रयाग पहुंचकर पुलिस कार्यालय, पुलिस लाइन, कोतवाली और अन्य शाखाओं का वार्षिक निरीक्षण किया। इसके बाद उन्होंने यात्रा के संबंध में कई जानकारियां दीं। उन्होंने कहा कि चारधाम यात्रा, विशेषकर केदारनाथ यात्रा में रुद्रप्रयाग से गौरीकुंड तक बेहतर यातायात व्यवस्था पर फोकस किया जाएगा। केदारनाथ यात्रा में हेलीपैड से लेकर कस्बों, नगरों में सुरक्षा के पुख्ता इंतजाम किए जाएंगे।

साथ ही हेली टिकट के नाम पर ठगी करने वालों से बचाव के लिए हेलीपैड क्षेत्र व टिकट काउंटर क्षेत्र को हैक प्रूफ किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि साइबर अपराध से बचने का एक ही उपाय है कि लोभ-लालच से बचें। यात्राकाल में पुलिस व्यवस्था बेहतर हो, इसके लिए मैदानी क्षेत्रों के साथ कुमाऊं मंडल से भी पुलिस दल को बुलाया जाएगा। इसके लिए रूपरेखा तैयार की जा रही है। निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने पुलिस कर्मियों को सकारात्मक ऊर्जा के साथ काम करने के निर्देश भी दिए।
