रामनगर में जी-20 सम्मेलन में आए विदेशी मेहमानों ने आज बृहस्पतिवार सुबह कॉर्बेट टाइगर रिजर्व के बिजरानी जोन में जंगल सफारी की। साथ ही कॉर्बेट टाइगर रिजर्व की जैव विविधता, जनसहभागिता और सामंजस्य के बारे में भी जाना। इस दौरान गेट पर उनका पार्क प्रशासन की ओर से उनका भव्य स्वागत किया गया। आमडंडा गेट पर स्थानीय महिलाओं ने विदेशी मेहमानों का पारंपरिक परिधानों में तिलक कर स्वागत किया। वहीं विदेशी मेहमान भी गदगद नजर आए।

कॉर्बेट टाइगर रिजर्व विश्वविख्यात है। यहां हर साल देश-विदेश से पर्यटक जंगल सफारी के लिए आते हैं। यह भारत में बाघों की राजधानी के नाम से भी मशहूर है। बृहस्पतिवार सुबह छह बजे विदेशी डेलीगेट 30 जिप्सियों में बिजरानी जोन में जंगल सफारी के लिए निकले। कॉर्बेट पार्क की ओर से जिप्सी चालकों व नेचर गाइड को ड्रेस दी गई है। 

अलग-अलग मार्गों से जाएंगे डेलीगेट

बिजरानी जोन में विदेशी डेलीगेट को अलग-अलग मार्गों से ले जाया गया। यदि एक ही मार्ग से लेजाते तो जंगल में धूल उड़ती। जंगल सफारी के दौरान पीसीसीएफ हॉफ विनोद सिंघल, पीसीसीएफ वाइल्ड लाइफ समीर सिन्हा, कॉर्बेट पार्क निदेशक डॉ. धीरज पांडेय, उपनिदेशक दिगांथ नायक, पार्क वार्डन अमित ग्वासीकोटी आदि रहे।

कॉफी टेबल बुक और टाइगर का स्मृति चिह्न भेंट किया

उत्तराखंड वन विभाग के चीफ वाइल्ड लाइफ वार्डन समीर सिन्हा ने बताया कि विदेशी डेलीगेट को बुधवार को कॉर्बेट पार्क की ओर से कॉफी टेबल बुक और टाइगर का स्मृति चिह्न भेंट किया गया था।
