उत्तराखंड लोक सेवा आयोग ने उत्तराखंड जेई भर्ती के पेपर लीक में शामिल 61 अभ्यर्थियों पर पांच साल के लिए प्रतिबंध लगा दिया है। सभी को फरवरी और मार्च में कारण बताओ नोटिस भेजे गए थे। कुछ ने जवाब दिया था, जबकि बाकी ने नहीं दिया था। अब ये सभी आयोग की किसी भी परीक्षा में हिस्सा नहीं ले सकेंगे।
आयोग की पटवारी लेखपाल भर्ती परीक्षा में पेपर लीक होने के बाद नौ फरवरी को पुलिस ने आरोपी अभ्यर्थियों की सूची आयोग को भेजी। इसमें पटवारी लेखपाल भर्ती के 44 और जेई भर्ती के 12 ऐसे अभ्यर्थी थे, जो पेपर लीक के पुष्ट आरोपी थे।
सूची को आयोग ने 10 फरवरी को अपनी वेबसाइट पर जारी करते हुए बताया कि द उत्तराखंड पब्लिक सर्विस कमीशन (प्रोसिजर एंड कंडक्ट ऑफ बिजनेस) रूल्स-2013 के बिंदु 23-ए के उप बिंदु 14 के तहत इन सभी को परीक्षाओं से पांच साल के लिए प्रतिबंधित करने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी गई है।
अमर उजाला ने तीन अप्रैल के अंक में जवाब नहीं दे रहे पेपर लीक मामले के आरोपी खबर प्रकाशित की थी। आयोग ने सोमवार को बैठक बुलाई। बैठक के जेई भर्ती के पेपर लीक में शामिल सभी 61 अभ्यर्थियों को पांच साल के लिए परीक्षा से डिबार कर दिया गया। आयोग के सचिव गिरधारी सिंह रावत ने बताया, ये सभी उम्मीदवार अब आयोग की किसी भी भर्ती परीक्षा में शामिल नहीं हो पाएंगे।
