देहरादून: गुरुवार शाम को जिला मुख्यालय से 180 किलोमीटर दूर सीमांत तहसील के गेट बाजार त्यूणी के पास लकड़ी व पत्थर से निर्मित तीन मंजिला मकान में भीषण आग लगने से कमरे के अंदर फंसी चार बालिकाओं की मौत को लेकर डीजीपी ने जांच के आदेश दिए हैं।

डीजीपी ने दिए अग्निकांड की जांच के निर्देश
पुलिस महानिदेशक उत्तराखंड अशोक कुमार ने घटना की जांच पुलिस उपमहानिरीक फायर निवेदिता कुकरेती को सौंपी है। घटना की जांच प्राथमिकता के आधार पर 03 दिवस के भीतर संपादित कर रिपोर्ट देने के आदेश दिए गए हैं। जांच रिपोर्ट में किसी भी अधिकारी या कर्मचारी की कमी पाए जाने पर संबंधित के विरुद्ध सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

त्‍यूणी अग्निकांड में राहत एवं बचाव कार्य में लापरवाही पर जिलाधिकारी सोनिका ने नायब तहसीलदार को निलंबित कर दिया। साथ ही तहसीलदार के विरुद्ध अुनशासनात्‍मक कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए हैं।

डीएम ने अग्निशमन विभाग के लापरवाही बरतने वाले कार्मिकों पर भी कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए हैं। इस बीच, मुख्‍यमंत्री पुष्‍कर सिंह धामी ने मृतकों के आश्रितों को दो-दो लाख रुपये की सहायता राशि देने की घोषणा की है।

मामले में लापरवाही बरतने वाले फायर ब्रिगेड प्रभारी समेत 4 दमकल कर्मियों को तत्काल प्रभाव से निलंबित कर दिया है। डीआइजी एवं वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक दिलीप कुंवर ने कहा घटना से जुड़े पहलुओं की जांच पड़ताल में त्यूणी में तैनात फायर कर्मियों की लापरवाही सामने आई है।
