ऋषिकेश: मुनिकी रेती के नीमबीच घाट पर अपने दोस्त के साथ गंगा में नहा रहा दिल्ली निवासी एक युवक डूब गया। उसके दोस्त को बचा लिया गया। गंगा में लापता युवक दिल्ली में ट्रैवल एजेंट का काम करता है। दो दिन पूर्व वह अपने अन्य साथियों के साथ अलोहा होटल में आकर ठहरा था। जल पुलिस और एसडीआरएफ की टीम युवक को गंगा में तलाश रही है।

पुलिस के मुताबिक अमरजीत (27 वर्ष) पुत्र जसवीर सिंह निवासी प्लाट नंबर 37, सरिता विहार, पाकेट-के जसोला नई दिल्ली शुक्रवार की सुबह 10:30 बजे पांडव पत्थर नीम बीच के पास गंगा नदी में अपने अन्य साथी मनोज कुमार पुत्र सोनपाल निवासी जसराना हाथरस उत्तर प्रदेश के साथ नहाते समय गंगा की तेज धार में आकर डूब गया।

मनोज कुमार को मौके पर रेस्क्यू कर लिया गया। थाना प्रभारी निरीक्षक रितेश शाह ने बताया कि अमरजीत दिल्ली में ट्रैवल एजेंट का काम करता है। वह अपने अन्य दोस्तों के साथ बीते बुधवार को अलोहा होटल में आकर ठहरा था।
